Study OneObjective:To compare the application effects of three different cleaning and disinfection methods for reusable medical devices that are not resistant to humidity,and to explore the best cleaning and disinfection methods for reusable medical devices that are not resistant to humidity.Methods:From September 2019 to November 2019,the laparoscopic coagulation line for abdominal surgery that needed to be cleaned and disinfected in the Central Sterile Supply Department(CSSD)of a third-class hospital in Hefei,Anhui Province was selected as the research material.Using random sampling(digital table method),312 laparoscopic electrocoagulation lines for abdominal surgery were randomly divided into three groups,A,B,and C,with 104 pieces in each group.Group A wiped with purified water → wipe with enzyme-containing cleaning solution → wipe with purified water → wipe with acidic oxidation potential water → wipe with purified water in five steps.Group B wiped with purified water → wiped with enzyme-containing cleaning solution → wiped with purified water → wiped with 75% ethanol.Group C wiped with enzyme-containing cleaning solution→purified water→75% ethanol in three steps.Compare the cleaning and disinfection quality and benefits of the three groups of cleaning and disinfection methods.Results:There was no significant difference in the grid rate between group A and group B(P>0.05).The cleaning pass rate of group A was higher than that of group C(P<0.05).The cleaning pass rate of group B was higher than that of group C(P<0.05)..The average wiping time of single-piece laparoscopic electrocoagulation line in group A was longer than group B,group B was longer than group C,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The amount of purified water used in group A was higher than that in group B and C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).There was no statistically significant difference in the usage of enzyme-containing solution and disinfectant solution(75% ethanol and acidic oxidizing potential water)between the three groups.Conclusion:The four-step cleaning and disinfection method "wiping with purified water→wiping with enzyme-containing cleaning solution→wiping with purified water→wiping with 75% ethanol" for medical devices that are not resistant to moisture reuse has the best cleaning and disinfection effect,time and cost-effectiveness.Advantages and promotion value.Study TwoObjective:Based on the results of preliminary research,develop a four-chamber water tank cleaning and disinfection tool,and explore its application effect in the cleaning and disinfection of non-humidity reusable medical devices,and improve the quality and efficiency of cleaning and disinfection of non-humidity reusable medical devices.Methods:From February 2020 to May 2020,a laparoscopic coagulation line for abdominal surgery that had to be cleaned and disinfected by a four-step cleaning and disinfection method in a CSSD of a third-class hospital in Hefei,Anhui Province was selected as the test material.Using the random number table method,412 pieces of laparoscopic coagulation lines were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 206 cases in each group.The experimental group used a four-chamber water tank with a new self-developed cleaning and disinfection tool for cleaning and disinfection,and the control group was cleaning and disinfecting with a traditional treatment bowl containing cleaning solution.The cleaning and disinfection quality and benefits of the two cleaning methods were compared.Results:The pass rate of laparoscopic coagulation line cleaning by traditional treatment bowl cleaning and disinfection in abdominal surgery was 86.4%,and the pass rate of laparoscopic coagulation line cleaning by the new four-chamber water tank cleaning and disinfection method was 94.6%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).By comparison,the new four-chamber water tank cleaning and disinfection method averages a single piece of laparoscopic laparoscopic electrocoagulation line cleaning and disinfection cleaning solution and the cleaning and disinfection time are lower than the traditional treatment bowl cleaning and disinfection method(P <0.01).The satisfaction degree of the new four-chamber water tank cleaning and disinfection method in the process of abdominal surgery electrocoagulation line cleaning and disinfection was higher than that of the traditional treatment bowl cleaning and disinfection method,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The newly developed four-chamber water tank cleaning and disinfection tool improves the traditional cleaning and disinfection tools,which can significantly improve the cleaning and disinfection quality of reusable medical devices that are not resistant to moisture,save the amount of cleaning fluid and cleaning time,and improve work efficiency and user satisfaction. |
