Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of CO2 lattice laser combined with external application of recombinant human epidermal growth factor solution in the treatment of acne atrophic scar.Method:65 patients with atrophic scar of facial acne treated in dermatology clinic of our hospital from October 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into control group(CO2 lattice laser treatment)and observation group(CO2 lattice laser combined with external application of recombinant human epidermal growth factor solution)according to the different treatment methods. They were treated for 3times in total with an interval of 4 weeks. Before treatment, the general information of patients, photos of treatment area and treatment consent were collected, and the ECCA score of patients before and after treatment was recorded to compare the difference in treatment effect and effective rate between the two methods. At the same time, the scab formation time, scab removal time and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups after treatment were observed.Results:1.Baseline data:There was no significant difference in gender, course of disease and ECCA score between the two groups(P>0.05).2.ECCA score analysis:After the treatment course, the score of the two groups decreased compared with those before treatment, and there were differences in statistical test(P<0.05).Moreover,the degree of decline in the observation group was significantly greater than that in the control group, and there was a difference in statistical test(P<0.01).3.Clinical efficacy:After a course of treatment between the two groups, among the 33 cases in the observation group,13 cases were markedly effective,19 cases were improved, and 1 case was ineffective. The total effective rate was 49.23%.In the control group of 32 cases,7 cases were significantly effective,18 cases were improved, and 7 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 38.46%.The total effective rate of the two groups was compared and analyzed, the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).After treatment, the scab formation time and scab removal time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).4.Adverse reactions:After the treatment,no serious irreversible adverse reactions occurred to 65 patients. The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group, such as persistent erythema, infectious pustules and pigmentation, was lower than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:CO2 lattice laser combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor solution can significantly improve the curative effect of atrophic scar of acne、short the time of incrustation and decrustation after laser treatment and reduce the adverse reactions such as pigmentation. It can be seen that the Combination therapy is superior to a single therapy. |
