Clinical Study Of Xiaoyan Shengji Ointment Combined With Carbon Dioxide Lattice Laser In Treating Depressed Acne Scar

Objective To observe the ECCA weight score,effective rate,lost time and adverse reaction rate of Xiaoyanshengji Ointment combined with carbon dioxide lattice laser in the treatment of depressed acne scars,explore the clinical mechanism of Xiaoyanshengji Ointment,and treat patients with depressed acne scars.Provide new clinical treatment ideas.Methods According to the inclusion exclusion criteria,68 patients with depressed acne scars of type F-type Fitzpatrick who were admitted to the plastic surgery center of our hospital from May 2017 to May 2018,according to the randomized table method,68 patients The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel combined with carbon dioxide laser.The observation group was treated with Xiaoyanshengji Ointment combined with carbon dioxide laser,and 58 cases were completed.Both groups were treated once every 4 weeks,3 consecutive treatments,and 3 months after 3 treatments.Finally,according to the ECCA weight score,patient efficiency,lost time and adverse reactions,the improvement of scar treatment was evaluated,and the clinical comprehensive effect of Xiaoyan Shengji Ointment combined with CO2 laser in the treatment of depressed acne scar was determined.Results 1.Comparison of ECCA weight scores: The ECCA weight scores of the observation group and the control group were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ECCA weight score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of effective rate: the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%;the total effective rate of the control group was 85.71%.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P=0.35>0.05).3.Lost time: The two groups of patients from the beginning of treatment to the end of a treatment,the lower part of the suede completely detached,the appearance is close to normal,affecting the number of days of work or study,the observation group averaged 6.10±0.85 days,the control group average of 8.89±0.83 days,two The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The occurrence of adverse reactions: no infection,suppuration or difficult to heal wounds in the two groups.In the control group,secondary pigmentation occurred in 2 patients.After follow-up,2 patients had a significant regression of pigmentation 5-7 months after the end of treatment.There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Xiaoyan Shengji Ointment and CO2 dot laser in the treatment of depressed acne scar is superior to recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel combined with carbon dioxide lattice laser treatment.The effective rate(patient satisfaction)is high,and the patient’s lost time is obviously shortened.Acne scars provide new ideas and have certain reference significance for clinical treatment.
