Objective: To observe the clinical effect of adjusting iliac bone rotation by spinal fine-bone setting technique and to study the manifestations of iliac bone motility on X line. Methods: From November 2019 to November 2020,60 Patients with iliac rotation were selected, including 24 male Patients and 36 female Patients, with an average age of46.57±2.39 years and an average course of disease of 11.81±9.57 months. They were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group(n = 30)and the control group(n = 30).Treatment group: there were 10 male Patients and 20 female Patients, the youngest was 26 years old and the oldest was 70 years old,the average age was 47.30±2.59 years old,the course of disease was 1 to 36 months, the average was 12.80±9.14 months;Control group: 14 male Patients and 16 female Patients, the youngest 25 years old,the oldest 65 years old,the average age was 45.83±2.18 years old,the course of disease 1 to 36 months, the average10.82±10.00 months. The treatment group received spinal adjustment surgery, and the control group received conventional surgery.JOA,VAS scale,Pelvic sensory markers,Parameter measurement, statistical data analysis, efficacy evaluation and iliac dynamic evaluation were completed before and after treatment.Result:(1)Comparison of clinical efficacy The overall clinical efficacy was 100% in the treatment group and 80% in the control group.Comparison of the treatment results between the two groups,P=0.00<0.05,indicating that the treatment group is better than the control group, static bone treatment and spinal fine-tuning effect is better.(2)JOA integral comparison In the treatment group, the average score was 11.67±4.54 before treatment and 25.87±2.45 after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the control group, the average score was 11.63±4.33 before treatment and 19.57±4.90 after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison between groups: P=0.00<0.05,spinal fine-tuning manipulation was more effective.(3)VAS score comparison In the treatment group, the average score was 6.20±1.61 before treatment and 1.40±1.59 after treatment, and the difference before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the control group, the average score was 6.40±1.52 before treatment and 2.73±1.86 after treatment, and the difference before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison between groups: P= 0.32> 0.05,indicating that manipulation in both groups could relieve the Pain symptoms of Patients, but there was no significant difference between the two groups.(4)Comparison of measurements of Pelvic bone markers Comparison between the two groups showed statistically significant differences in the measured values of iliac crest difference, ischial nodule difference, left and right tilt of Pelvis and iliac crest difference after treatment(P<0.05).Within the treatment group, there were statistically significant differences in iliac crest difference, ischial nodular difference, left and right Pelvic inclination, iliac crest width(pronation)and iliac crest difference before and after treatment in the treatment group(P<0.05).In the control group, there were statistically significant differences in the measured values of iliac crest difference, ischial nodular difference, left and right tilt of Pelvis and iliac crest difference before and after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that manipulation can adjust the rotation of iliac crest and spinal fine-tuning boneset manipulation is better.(5)Comparison of Pelvic symmetry After treatment, there were statistically significant differences in the number of cases of iliac crest symmetry, ischium tuberosity symmetry, iliac crest symmetry and ischium symmetry between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that there were differences between spinal fine-tuning bone setting manipulation and traditional manipulation in adjusting iliac crest symmetry.Conclusion:(1)The iliac crest is dynamic, and fine-tuning can adjust the rotation and displacement of the iliac crest.(2)Fine bone setting technique is effective in adjusting iliac rotation and displacement.
