| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of fine-tuning bone setting manipulation on sacroiliac joint disorder and the X-ray manifestation of sacrum activity,so as to provide theoretical basis and intervention methods for sacroiliac joint disorderMethods:Collection in November 2019 to November 2020 to gansu province traditional Chinese massage diagnosis of sacroiliac joint disorder and 60 patients with sacral slope displacement diagnosis standard,Using SPSS24.0 software were randomly divided into treatment group and control group(30 cases fine-tuning bonesetting skill group)and control group 30 cases(traditional restoration technique group),in the before and after 2 courses of treatment,DR pelvic plain radiographs and lumbar lateral slice, measuring the sacrum slope, width, lumbosacral Angle, the sacrum rotation around, pelvic inclination value, and record JOA low back pain assessment,VAS pain score standard table. The statistical results of the two groups were analyzed to analyze whether the statistical data and clinical efficacy were comparable.Results:1.Comparison of clinical efficacy The total effective rate of the fine bone settin-g manipulation group in improving the clinical efficacy of low back pain was 100%,while the total effective rate of the traditional reduction manipulation group was 70%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical effect of fine-tuning bone setting manipulation is better than that of traditional reduction manipulation2.Comparison of JOA points:In the treatment group, the score was 9.80±3.85 before treatment and 23.67±3.09 after treatment, with statistically significant difference in JOA score before and after treatment(P<0.05).Control group:before treatment, the average score was 11.50±4.38,after treatment was 18.93±4.7,JOA score before and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison between the two groups:the difference of JOA score between the two groups after tr-eatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).Fine tuning bone setting manipulation is better than traditional reduction manipulation in improving low back pain3.Comparison of VAS scores:Treatment group:the average score before treatm-ent was 6.40±1.52,after treatment was 2.43±1.14,VAS score before and after treat-ment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Control group:the average score before treatment was 6.43±1.66,after treatment was 3.13±1.70,VAS score bef-ore and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compar-ison between groups:the VAS scores of the two groups after treatment were significa-ntly different(P<0.05).Fine tuning bone setting manipulation is better than tradition-al reduction manipulation in improving pain4.Comparison of X-ray parameters of sacrum:Comparison between the two gro-ups:before and after treatment, sacral width(right rotation),sacral left and right tilt, sacral left and right rotation, lumbosacral angle, pelvic left and right tilt were compar-ed,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Intra group comparison:the sac-ral width(left rotation),sacral width(right rotation),sacral left-right tilt, sacral left-rig-ht rotation, lumbosacral angle, pelvic left-right tilt of the treatment group before and aftertreatment had statistically significant differences(P<0.05);the sacral width(left rotation),sacral width(right rotation),sacral left-right tilt, sacral left-right rotation,sa-cral left-right rotation, sacral left-right rotation and pelvic left-right tilt of the control group before and after treatment had statistically significant differences(P<0.05)Th-ere were significant differences in lumbosacral angle and pelvic inclination(P<0.05)Fine tuning bone setting manipulation can adjust the tilt displacement of sacrum, and the curative effect is better5.Comparison of sacral motility:there were statistically significant differences in t-he X-ray parameters of the sacrum in the treatment group before and after treatmen t(P<0.05),and there were statistically significant differences in the X-ray parameters of the sacrum in the control group before and after treatment(P<0.05).The X-ray cha-nges of sacrum after manual treatment show that it has initiativeConclusions:1.The intervention of fine-tuning bonesetting manipulation in the treatment of sacral oblique displacement has a significant clinical effect2.Changes in the oblique sacral displacement on the x-line demonstrate motility. |
