Objective:Through the clinical randomized controlled trial,it is intended to observe and compare the clinical efficacy of warm acupuncture and moxibustion and conventional acupuncture in the treatment of wind-cold-dampness type of periarthritis of shoulder,so as to study the comprehensive evaluation of warm acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of wind-cold-dampness type of periarthritis of shoulder in relieving pain, improving the range of motion of shoulder joint, daily living ability and muscle strength. To provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application of warm acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder with cold and dampness. Methods:A total of 76 patients with wind-cold-dampness type of periarthritis of shoulder who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria in the Comprehensive Treatment Area of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Acupuncture Center of Gansu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2019 to December 2020 were selected as selected cases.First, patients were numbered one by one according to their order of visit, and then according to the random number generated in advance in SPSS23.0 software, patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group,38 cases in each. The treatment group used warm acupuncture and the control group used conventional acupuncture. The conventional acupuncture method was lifting and inserting and removing the local acupoints around the shoulder, flattening and relieving the far points, and the warming acupuncture method was adding moxibustion on the basis of conventional acupuncture.Health education and safety evaluation were conducted in both groups. The treatment lasted for 6 days a week with 1 day rest,3 weeks is a course of treatment, and the observation time is a course of treatment. It is proposed to use the pain visual analogue scale(VAS),the shoulder joint range of motion(ROM)score, the activity of daily living(ADL)score, and the Constant-Murley score(CMS)to compare the numerical changes in pain, daily living ability, shoulder joint mobility and muscle strength. The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients before treatment and after the treatment was comprehensively evaluated, and the relevant data and the number of patients in each treatment were recorded, and statistical analysis was performed to determine whether it was statistically significant.Result:1.Shoulder pain visual analogue score: After statistical comparison between the two groups before and after treatment, the scores were reduced(P<0.05),and the reduction in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group has significantly improved pain compared to the control group.2.Range of motion of the shoulder joint score: After statistical comparison between the two groups before and after treatment, the scores increased(P<0.05),and the increase in the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Significant improvement in comprehensive activities such as lifting, abduction, internal and external rotation.3.Activity of daily living score: After statistical comparison between the two groups before and after treatment, the scores were improved(P<0.05),and the improvement of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05),suggesting that the treatment group is more comfortable than the control group.Significant improvement in daily life activities such as combing hair and tying aprons.4.Constant-Murley Score: After statistical comparison between the two groups before and after treatment, the scores increased(P<0.05),and the increase in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group It is more significant to improve the overall aspects of patients’ pain, shoulder range of motion, activities of daily living, and muscle strength.5.Efficacy comparison: the treatment group’s apparent healing rate was 86.11%,the total effective rate was 94.44%,the control group’s apparent healing rate was 50.00%,and the total effective rate was 88.89%.There was a statistical difference between the two groups’ apparent healing rate(P<0.05),there is no difference compared to the total effective rate(P>0.05).It shows that in improving the clinical efficacy of patients, the treatment methods of the two groups are effective, but the treatment group has a higher degree of healing than the control group.Conclusion:1.Both warm acupuncture and conventional acupuncture have certain curative effects on patients with wind-cold-dampness type of periarthritis of shoulder. Both can relieve pain, improve shoulder mobility and improve patients’ ability of daily living.2.The warm acupuncture group has better curative effect than the ordinary acupuncture group in treating periarthritis of shoulder of wind-cold-dampness type.
