| ObjectiveBy using the randomized controlled clinical study, patients with bee acupuncture and electro acupuncture therapy in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder, from the overall effect, shoulder pain, shoulder joint function score were observed and evaluation of bee needle treatment in the treatment of cold dampness type periarthritis of shoulder, comprehensive therapeutic effects of bee needling therapy to treat cold dampness type periarthritis of shoulder. In order to make objective scientific evaluation, and to provide new ideas and theoretical basis for the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder.Methods60 cases of patients with periarthritis of shoulder were selected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine and University of Guangdong provincial aged cadres from June 2015 to January 2016, conform to the diagnosis standard of the diagnostic criteria of cold dampness type periarthritis of shoulder.Using randomized controlled methods,60 cases of cold dampness type periarthritis of shoulder patients assigned to the treatment group with the ratio of 1:1 (bee acupuncture group) and control group (electroacupuncture group). There were no significant differences in gender, age, course of disease and condition between the two groups (P>0. 05). The treatment group were treated by bee acupuncture, acupoint selection:Jianyu, Jianqian, Jianzhen, Yanglingquan, Zhongping (In addition to the contralateral side Zhongping point, the remaining four points were taken the affected side); patients in the control group were treated with electroacupuncture, acupoint selection is the same as the treatment group. Treat every other day, with three times a week, for a total treatment for 4 weeks. Before treatment and after treatment, the therapeutic effect was evaluated by visual analogue scale and Constant-Murley shoulder function score. After clinical research, clinical data were collected in a timely manner, and statistical analysis was performed using SPSS19.0. Count data using chi square test and comparison of the measurement data between the two groups and the two groups before and after treatment, respectively, using independent samples t test and paired samples t test, ranked data by Riddit analysis, compare with the clinical efficacy of the two groups of treatment.ResultThe research results are listed as follows:(1) The Bee Acupuncture and electro acupuncture treatment of periarthritis of shoulder has good curative effect, treatment group, the total effective rate was 89.29%, control group, the total efficiency of 85.72%, curative effect of the two groups results by Ridit analysis, two groups (P>0.05), indicating that Bee Acupuncture and electroacupuncture in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder are on the similar effect(2) Two groups of patients before and after treatment of shoulder pain VAS score comparison, two groups of patients after treatment of shoulder pain VAS scores were significantly lower than before treatment (P<0.05). Compared with the acupuncture group, the difference between the two groups of patients after treatment and before treatment VAS score was significantly different (P<0.05). Bee Acupuncture and electroacupuncture can effectively relieve periarthritis caused pain showed that the compared with EA, the Bee Acupuncture pain relief effect is better.(3) Two groups of patients before and after treatment of Constant-Murley shoulder function score comparison, two groups of patients after treatment of shoulder function scores were significantly higher than before treatment (P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in the treatment of shoulder joint function score after treatment and the difference between the groups (P>0.05). The results showed that bee needling and electroacupuncture were effective in improving the function of shoulder joint.(4) Comparing two groups the lift scores of before treatment and after treatment, both two groups after treatment of the lift scores were significantly higher than before treatment (P<0.05). The bee acupuncture group compared with the acupuncture group, two cases of lift scores after treatment with before treatment had significant difference(P<0.05), indicating that the improvement in lift of the shoulder joint function, the Bee Acupuncture is better than electroacupuncture.(5) Comparing two groups the abduction scores of before treatment and after treatment, both two groups after treatment of the abduction scores were significantly higher than before treatment (P<0.05). The bee acupuncture group compared with the acupuncture group, two cases of abduction scores after treatment with before treatment had no significant difference (P> 0.05), indicating that Bee Acupuncture and electroacupuncture in improving the abduction function of shoulder are similar.(6) Comparing two groups the external rotation scores of before treatment and after treatment, both two groups of patients after treatment of the external rotation scores were significantly higher than before treatment (P<0.05), The bee acupuncture group compared with the acupuncture group, two cases of external rotation scores after treatment with before treatment had significant difference(P<0.05), indicating that the improvement in external rotation of the shoulder joint function, the Bee Acupuncture is better than electroacupuncture.(7) Comparing two groups the medial rotation scores of before treatment and after treatment, both two groups after treatment of the medial rotation scores were significantly higher than before treatment (P<0.05). The bee acupuncture group compared with the acupuncture group, two cases of medial rotation scores after treatment with before treatment had no significant difference (P>0.05), indicating that Bee Acupuncture and electroacupuncture in improving the medial rotation function of shoulder are similar.Conclusion(1) Bee Acupuncture and electroacupuncture therapy have exact curative effects for periarthritis of shoulder. Both can effectively relieve shoulder pain and improve the function of shoulder joint.(2) In relieving the pain of the shoulder joint, improving the function of lift and external rotation, Bee Acupuncture has more advantages than the electro acupuncture. |
