Objective:Analyse the medication regularities of Professor Shi Zhenggang in the treatment of autism spectrum disorders(ASD),and use the data mining technology to verify Professor Shi Zhenggang’s clinical experience in treating children with ASD,finally provide ideas for clinical treatment of ASD.Methods: through collected the cases of autism spectrum disorder of Shi Zhenggang’s clinic in the Affiliated Traditional Chinese Medicine Work Station of Gansu University Of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Applied the software called “Traditional Chinese Medicine Auxiliary Platform V2.5” to build“Database on Professor Shi Zhenggang’s treatment of autism spectrum disorder”,input data.By use the platform,high-frequency medicines and combination rules are analyzed.Meanwhile,summarized and further validated Professor Shi Zhenggang medicine characteristics and clinical experience of autism spectrum disorder with the software,analysed professor’s unique theory and ideology of this disease treament in depth.Results:1.Descriptive analysis: In this study,a total of 150 prescriptions were included,and 147 drugs involved.The main common syndromes are liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome(32.7%),spleen deficiency syndrome(14.0%),liver and gallbladder heat stagnation syndrome(11.3%),spleen deficiency and liver stagnation syndrome(10.7%),phlegm and food interaction syndrome(10.7%),wind-phlegm disturbance syndrome(8.0%),etc.The medicinal properties are mainly warm,cold and flat,and the flavours are mainly sweet,bitter and spicy.The drugs mainly attribute to the liver,spleen,stomach three channels.There were 25 kinds of drugs with a frequency of ≥30%,among which disinfectants and tranquilizers accounted for a higher proportion.The frequency of drug use from high to low was Hawthorn,Radix Achyranthes Radix,Turmeric,Malt,Cerebud,Polygala,Prunella Radix,Atractylodes Atractylodes,Pinellia ternata.2.According to the association rules,the combination rules were analyzed: the drug pairs with higher frequency were(1)Hawthorn and Radix Achyranthes Rhizoma;(2)Turmeric and Radix Achyranthes Radix;(3)Hawthorn,malt;(4)Grain bud,malt;(5)Grain buds,hawthorn;Thirty-eight drug combination association rules were obtained,the core medicine is hawthorn,Achyranthes bidentata,grain bud,malt,prunella,polygala,turmeric gold,stone calamus.Nine drug pairs were obtained based on improved mutual information method,18 drug core combinations were obtained based on complex entropy clustering analysis,and 9new prescriptions were obtained based on unsupervised entropy layer clustering analysis.Conclusion:1.Professor Shi Zhenggang summed up the pathogenesis of autism spectrum disorder as“the disorder of liver and spleen stasis,and the mixed factors of wind,fire,phlegm,food and heat”;The main syndrome types can be divided into Spleen Deficiency-Liver Stagnation-Spleen Deficiency Syndrome Group,Phlegm-eating Interaction Syndrome and Wind-phlegm Interperturbation Syndrome.The treatment is mainly based on the spleen,supplemented by regulating the liver.In the process of treatment,Professor Shi Zhenggang paid much attention to the characteristics of children’s growth such as sprout and zang qi qing ling,and always prescribed carefully.2.On the basis of digging out the medication rules of Professor Shi Zhenggang in the treatment of children’s autism spectrum disorder by using the Traditional Chinese Medicine Auxiliary Platform,further verify that Professor Shi Zhenggang’s clinical characteristics in the treatment of ASD is always attaching great importance to spleen,and is good at regulating liver.
