Objective:To investigate the incidence of postpartum depression and its influencing factors in a city,to explore the relationship among postpartum depression, perceived stress and parenting sense of competence. On this basis, with the guidance of Timing it right and primiparas as subjects, comprehensive nursing intervention was adopted to explore the effectiveness and sustainability of alleviating postpartum depression in primiparas.Method:1 A study on the relationship between postpartum depression, stress perception and parenting sense of competence.Using the General Situation Survey Scale,Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale(EPDS),Chinese version of Parenting Sense of Competence Scale(C-PSOC),Chinese Perceived Stress Scale(CPSS)as the research tools,416 parturient women after giving birth 3 to 7 days later were investigated, and the SPSS 26.0 were used for statistical analysis.2 Comprehensive nursing intervention research based on Timing it right. On the basis of the previous study, the comprehensive nursing intervention was carried out on the basis of Timing it right.A total of 80 primiparas who were 28 weeks gestational from June 2019 to June 2020 were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group.Comprehensive nursing intervention was used in intervention group and routine nursing measures were adopted in control group. The General Situation Survey Scale,EPDS,Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),CPSS were used before intervention(T1),6 weeks postpartum(T2),12 weeks postpartum(T3),and C-PSOC was used in T2 and T3,respectively.Results:1 Univariate analysis showed that: There were significant differences in age, parity, mode of delivery, planned pregnancy, sex of fetus, health status of infants, feeding mode, relationship between husband and wife, relationship between mother-in-law and daughter-in-law and scores of postpartum depression(P<0.05).2 Correlation and regression analysis showed that: Depression was negatively correlated with parenting sense of competence and its dimensions;depression was positively correlated with perceived stress and its dimensions;Parenting sense of competence was significantly negatively correlated with perceived stress and its dimensions.Stressing and parenting sense of competence were significant predictors of postpartum depression.3 Comprehensive nursing intervention results showed:(1)Changes in postpartum depression mood level: Comparison between groups, the depression scores of the control group and the intervention group had statistical significance between T2 and T3(P<0.05).Comparison within the intervention group:there was statistical significance in the scores of depression in T1,T2 and T3(P<0.05).Repeated ANOVA: the main effect and interaction of comprehensive nursing intervention on postpartum depression were significantly different(P<0.05).(2)Changes in pressure level: Comparison between the two groups, there was a statistically significant difference in perceived stress scores between T2 and T3(P<0.05).Comparison within the intervention group: there were statistically significant differences in perceived stress scores in T1,T2 and T3(P<0.05).Repeated ANOVA: the main effect and interaction of comprehensive nursing intervention on perceived stress intervention were significant(P<0.05).(3)Changes in anxiety level: Comparison between the two groups, the difference in anxiety scores, between T2 and T3 was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison within the intervention group: there were statistically significant differences in anxiety scores in T1,T2 and T3(P<0.05).Repeated ANOVA: the main effect, time main effect and interaction of comprehensive nursing intervention on postpartum anxiety in primiparas were significant(P<0.05).(4)Changes in the parenting sense of competence in primipara: for T2 and T3,the scores of parenting sense of competence in the intervention group were better than those in the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions:1 Postpartum depression was negatively correlated with parenting sense of competence, positively correlated with perceived stress, and negatively correlated with perceived stress and parenting sense of competence.Parenting sense of competence and perceived stress can significantly predict postpartum depression. This paper is of clinical value for relieving postpartum depression of parturient women after childbirth.2 Comprehensive nursing intervention is effective in reducing postpartum depression, anxiety and maternal pressure and improving parenting ability.
