Efficacy Of Combined With Different Mood Stabilizers In The Treatment Of Schizophrenia With Aggressive Behavior

Objective : To explore the synergistic effect of mood stabilizers on schizophrenia with impulsive aggressive behavior against psychotropic drug risperidone;To analyze the efficacy and safety of different mood stabilizers in reducing impulsive aggressive behavior.Methods:A total of 90 patients with schizophrenia accompanied by aggressive behavior who were admitted to An Min Hospital Affiliated to Bengbu Medical College from July2019 to December 2020 were collected consecutively and divided into three groups.The risperidone group was treated with risperidone alone,while the lithium carbonate group was treated with risperidone combined with lithium carbonate.The sodium valproate group was treated with risperidone combined with sodium valproate.The treatment was observed for four weeks.Before treatment,and in the second and fourth weeks after treatment,the treatment results were evaluated using the negative and positive symptom scale(PANSS)and the revised explicit aggressive behavior scale(MOAS).The adverse reactions in the three groups were also counted.Results : There was no statistical difference in general condition among 3 groups(P>0.05).Gender and marriage had no statistical difference in MOAS score and PANSS score respectively.Correlation analysis showed that the scores of PANSS scale were correlated with aggressive behavior(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in scores of each scale(P>0.05).At the end of the second week of treatment,risperidone and mood stabilizer groups had statistical differences(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups when using mood stabilizer(P>0.05).At the end of the fourth week,the scores of each scale of lithium carbonate group were lower than that of sodium valproate group(P<0.05).In the first 2 weeks and 4 weeks before PANSS score,the difference scores of each group were from the highest to the bottom in the order of combined lithium carbonate group combined valproate sodium group risperidone group;The scores of MOAS in the first 2 weeks from high to low were combined with sodium valproate group combined with lithium carbonate group risperidone group;The first 4 weeks were combined lithium carbonate group combined valproate sodium group risperidone group In the first 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of each scale had statistical significance(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups.Conclusion :For the patients with schizophrenia and impulsive aggressive behavior,aggressive behavior and mental symptoms have a certain correlation,the mood stabilizer could assist and enhance the efficacy of risperidone,and the efficacy of risperidone combined with lithium carbonate was better than that of sodium valproate,and there was no difference in safety between the three groups.
