Objective To explore the correlation between sCK level and its aggressive behavior by analyzing the general data, clinical data set and sCK level of schizophrenia patients,in order to find the prediction indicators that can evaluate the risk of attack risk of patients,to improve the risk of clinical recognition and avoid attack behavior. Methods 1.A total of 109 inpatients who met the diagnostic criteria for schizophrenia were collected in Hangzhou Seventh People’s Hospital from January 2020 to December 2020.2.According to whether the patients had aggressive behavior during hospitalization, the patients were divided into the aggressive behavior group and the non-aggressive behavior group. The aggressive behavior was evaluated by the Modified Overt Aggression Scales(MOAS-R),and the differences in general data, clinical data and sCK of the subjects in the two groups were investigated.3.Indicators with differences in univariate analysis were included in the multi-parameter binary logistics regression to determine the predictors of aggressive behavior in patients with schizophrenia.4.Finally,the Logistic regression model was established and the ROC curve was combined to predict the aggressive behavior of patients with schizophrenia. Results 1.A total of 109 patients with schizophrenia were investigated in this study.Among them, there were 29 patients in the aggressive group and 80 patients in the non-aggressive group, and the incidence of aggressive behavior was 26.6%.The comparison of the Ln(sCK Log value of sCK with natural number E as base)level between the two groups showed that the aggressive group was greater than the non-aggressive group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Patients in the high sCK group were more likely to have aggressive behavior than those in the normal sCK group(OR=7.014,P<0.05).2.When the sCK level of patients increased by 5 times or more than the normal level, the risk of aggression increased by 9.2 times(P<0.05);when the sCK level increased by 3 to 5 times, the risk of aggression increased by 4.9 times(P<0.05);when the sCK level increased by 1 to 3 times, the risk of aggression increased by8.546 times(P<0.05).3.The clinical data of the two groups of patients were compared after the clinical data of the two groups, and the differences in the indicators such as non-voluntary hospitalization and supplementary factors were statistically significant(P<0.05).The index of the above index was included in the regression analysis of the logistic regression analysis:the impact of involuntary hospitalization(OR=0.900,P=0.014)and the excitatory enemy factor scores(OR=2.093,P=0.020)was statistically significant.4.Logistic regression equation was established based on creatine kinase level, involuntary hospitalization and supplementary factor score. After conversion of the equation, the calculation formula of joint predictor was obtained,Y=0.739 ×Ln(sCK)-2.414 ×voluntary hospitalization+0.078 × supplementary factor-27.709.The area under the model curve was 0.804(0.799~0.942,P<0.000)was better than other indicators. Conclusion 1.Creatine kinase level, involuntary hospitalization, and excitatory hostile factor score may be independent predictors of aggressive behavior in patients with schizophrenia.2.Patients with higher sCK levels at admission were more likely to have aggressive behavior, which was associated with elevated sCK.3.The higher the sCK level of patients at admission, the higher the possibility of aggressive behavior was,and the aggressive behavior of patients was significantly correlated with the increase of sCK.
