Objective:The prevalence of depressive disorder in adolescents is increasing year by year,and it will have an important adverse effect on the personal growth and character development of adolescents.This article aims to explore how Naikan therapy can improve the family intimacy and parent-child relationship of adolescents with depression,and aims to provide theoretical basis and practical experience for the psychological treatment of adolescents with depression and the improvement of family intimacy.Methods: This study selected 90 adolescents with depression from the Mental Health Center(Second Provincial People’s Hospital of Gansu)as the research objects.The study subjects met the diagnostic criteria for depression in the tenth edition of the International Classification of Diseases(ICD-10)and were aged 13-19 years old.They participated in the study voluntarily,obtained the consent of their guardians and signed an informed consent form.According to the order of admission time,the random number method(odd and even number method)was used to divide all the subjects into the study group and the control group with 45 cases each.Patients in the control group were given drug therapy combined with supportive psychotherapy,and patients in the study group were given concentrated Naikan therapy on the basis of drug therapy.Both the study group and the control group used the Hamilton Depression Scale 24 items(HAMD-24),Family Adaptability and Cohesion Evaluation Scale-ⅡChina Version(FACESII-CV),and Parent Child Relationship Test(PCRT)scale before and after psychotherapy.Use statistical software spss21.0 to analyze and process the data,compare the depression degree,parent-child relationship and family intimacy improvement degree of the two groups before and after treatment.Results:(1)A total of 90 adolescents with depression were included.Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups of patients in general conditions such as age,gender,family environment,course of disease,and drug dosage(P>0.05).(2)Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in depression scores(HAMD-24)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the depression scores(HAMD-24)of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the depression scores of the study group were significantly lower In the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).(3)Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of the PCRT between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the negative rejection type,active rejection type,strict type,interference type,and restlessness in the PCRT of the study group were all lower than those before treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01),the difference was statistically significant;there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of the PCRT in the control group compared with before treatment(P>0.05).(4)Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of the two groups of FACES II-CV(P>0.05);after treatment,the actual family intimacy and actual family adaptability in the study group’s FACES II-CV were significantly higher than before treatment and significantly higher than the control group(P<0.01).The scores of dissatisfaction with family intimacy and dissatisfaction with family adaptability were significantly lower than before treatment,and were significantly lower than the control(P<0.01),The difference was statistically significant;there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of the FACESII-CV in the control group compared with before treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)On the basis of drug treatment,Naikan therapy can effectively reduce the degree of depression in adolescents with depression;(2)Adolescents with depression generally have poor family relationships and low levels of family intimacy.(3)Naikan therapy can improve the family intimacy and adaptability of adolescents with depression,and improve the unhealthy parent-child relationship of adolescents with depression,thereby improving their depression;(4)Naikan therapy has the characteristics of simple operation and focus on self-exploration.It has a good effect on the treatment of adolescents with depression,and it is worthy of promotion and popularization in the clinical treatment of adolescents with depression.
