Objective: To observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy and three-dimensional gait performance of the treatment of plantar fasciitis with decompression and pain-removing acupuncture for the treatment of plantar fasciitis. Methods: Collect 60 plantar fasciitis patients who meet the inclusion criteria as the patient group, and 30 healthy foot subjects as the healthy group.Collect and compare the similarities and differences in three-dimensional gait-related indicators between the two groups..According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into acupuncture treatment group and shock wave treatment group, with 30 cases in each group.Use three-dimensional gait evaluation indicators to compare and analyze the differences between the patient group and the healthy group;use traditional evaluation indicators(VAS score, longest walking time)and three-dimensional gait evaluation indicators to compare the treatment of plantar fascia between the acupuncture group and the shock wave group Changes before and after treatment in patients with inflammatory disease, combined with two evaluation indicators to compare the differences in efficacy of the two treatment methods.Results:(1)There were no differences in gender, age, weight and BMI between the patient group and the healthy group(P>0.05).(2)The swing phase time of three-dimensional gait analysis in the patient group was shorter than that in the healthy group, with statistical difference(P<0.05).The sagittal motion range of the hip joint in the patient group was smaller than that in the healthy group, with statistical difference(P<0.01).(3)Before the first treatment, there was no statistical difference between the two groups of patients in gender, age, height, weight,BMI,course of disease,VAS score and maximum walking time,P>0.05,which was comparable.(4)Compared after the first treatment with that before the first treatment: the VAS scores of the acupuncture group and shock wave group were lower than before treatment, with statistical difference(P<0.05);the longest walking time of the two groups increased. After the last treatment compared with before the first treatment: the VSA scores of the acupuncture group and the shock wave group were significantly reduced, and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05);the longest walking time of the two groups increased significantly, and the longest walking time of the acupuncture group There was a statistical difference(P<0.05),and there was no statistical difference in the longest walking time in the shock wave group.(5)Comparison between the first treatment and before the first treatment: the acupuncture group increased the sagittal motion range of the ankle joint with statistical difference(P<0.05).The single step time, stride time, swing phase time, single step length, and stride length increased in the shock wave group, and there were statistical differences(P<0.05).After the last treatment and before the first treatment, the sagittal motion range of the knee joint in the acupuncture group increased, with statistical difference(P<0.05).The shock wave group single step time, stride time, standing phase time, swing phase time, double support time, single step length, and stride length increased, with statistical differences(P<0.05).(6)In terms of immediate curative effect, the acupuncture group and the shock wave group have advantages in standing ratio, double support ratio, and swing ratio, and there are statistical differences(P<0.05);in terms of overall curative effect, there is no difference between the acupuncture group and the shock wave group Statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)The three-dimensional gait analysis characteristics of patients with plantar fasciitis showed that the walking mode changed from normal gait to pain-avoidance gait, time parameters: single step time, stride time, support phase time, swing phase time, double support As the time becomes smaller, the single-step and stride distance of the spatial parameters are shortened, and the sagittal motion range of each joint in the kinematics parameters becomes smaller.(2)Through this study, the two treatment programs can achieve good clinical effects in the treatment of plantar fasciitis, and both can alleviate the symptoms of heel pain and prolong walking time, and there is no adverse reaction. This study proves that the efficacy of decompression and pain removal acupuncture for the treatment of plantar fasciitis with the decompression and pain removal of the musculoskeletal lesions of the Li’s School of Bone Injury in Guanzhong is equivalent to the shock wave effect recommended by the current guidelines, and it has a prominent effect on the improvement of the sagittal range of motion of the joint, and the operation is easy to replicate. It is more economical and worthy of clinical promotion and research.(3)It confirmed the correctness of the theory of decompression and pain relief of muscle nodules in the Li’s School of Bone Injury in Guanzhong.(4)Three-dimensional gait analysis technology can quantify the changes in walking patterns, and can be used as a recommended method for evaluating the efficacy of plantar fasciitis and various lower limb movement disorders in the future.
