Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Qiwei Xiaoduyin Combined With Debridement In The Treatment Of Acute Hematogenous Osteomyelitis In Children With Flammable Heat

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qiwei Xiaoduyin combined with debridement in the treatment of acute hematogenous osteomyelitis in children with flammable heat,to summarize its clinical efficacy,and to provide clinical treatment for children with acute hematogenous osteomyelitis and its further development Basis to provide clinical reference for TCM dialectical treatment plan for treating children with acute hematogenous osteomyelitis.Methods:Collected 60 children with acute hematogenous osteomyelitis who were hospitalized in the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of Zhangzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2019 to September 2020 and met the inclusion criteria.The random number table was used for grouping,and The control group used debridement(fenestration decompression and continuous drainage),combined with sensitive antibiotic anti-infective treatment;the experimental group was treated with Qiwei Xiaoduyin on the basis of the control group.Both groups of children were treated for 2 weeks.Collect Wong-Baker pain score,body temperature,WBC,ESR,CRP and other indicators before treatment and on the 3rd,7th,and 14 th day after treatment,and record the clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment and 3 months after treatment.After the recurrence of the children,SPSS23.0 was used for statistical analysis.Result:1.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of children in general information such as age,sex,and disease course(P>0.05);2.There was no significant difference in Wong-baker pain score,body temperature,WBC,CRP,and ESR before treatment between the two groups of children(P>0.05);3.The third,7th,and 14 th after treatment of the two groups of children The daily WB pain score,body temperature,WBC,CRP,ESR and other indicators were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);4.The third,7th,and 14 th after treatment in the combined Qiwei Xiaoduyin treatment group The daily WB pain score,body temperature,WBC,CRP,ESR and other indicators were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);5.After 2 weeks of treatment,the total clinical efficacy rate of the trial group was93.33%.The total effective rate of the group was 80%,and the therapeutic effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);6.Three months after the end of treatment,the recurrence rate of the experimental group was 3.33%,and the recurrence rate of the control group was 10%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Qiwei Xiaoduyin combined with debridement surgery can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children with acute hematogenous osteomyelitis of flammable heat and alleviate the pain of children,and the therapeutic effect is better than clinical single debridement.
