Objective:To observe the overall efficacy, clinical symptoms and signs(numbness, chills, distance of intermittent claudication),ankle brachial index(ABI),and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)of Maiguan capsule in the treatment of arteriosclerosis obliterans(ASO)with blood stasis syndrome,Objective to explore the efficacy of Maiguan capsule in the treatment of ASO with blood stasis syndrome and the relationship between angiogenesis and VEGF expression,so as to afford a dependable theoretical basis for the adhibition of Maiguan capsule in the treatment of ASO with blood stasis syndrome. Methods: 66 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups, the control group:oral dosingof beraprost sodium tablets combined with oral dosingof Taohong Siwu Decoction.Observation group: on the basis of the control group, oral dosingof Maiguan capsule. The clinical symptoms and signs were compared before treatment and after7 days,14 days,21 days and 28 days of treatment. The ABI and VEGF were compared before treatment and after 28 days of treatment, and the overall efficacywere compared after 28 days of treatment, and the efficacy of Maiguan capsule in the treatment of arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower extremities with blood stasis syndrome was analyzed. Results:A total of 66 instances were concluded in this study. There was no significant difference in gender, age and course of disease between the two groups(P > 0.05).The results and analysis are as follows:In terms of numbness, there was no significant difference between the scores of the two groups from before treatment to after 28 days of treatment(P> 0.05),but the scores of the treatment group lower than the control group after 28 days, indicating that the observation group was better than the control group in ameliorating numbness after 28 days of treatment. In terms of limb chills, there was no significant difference between the scores of the two groups before treatment, andafter 7 days and 14 days of treatment(P> 0.05);there was significant difference between the scores of the two groups after 21 days and 28 days of treatment(P< 0.05),indicating that the observation group was better than the control group in ameliorating limb chills after 21 days of treatment. In terms of distance of intermittent claudication, there was no significant difference between the scores of the two groups before treatment, andafter 7 days and14 days of treatment(P> 0.05);there was significant difference between the scoresofthe two groups after 21 days and 28 days of treatment(P< 0.05),indicating that the observation group was better than the control group in ameliorating distance of intermittent claudication after 21 days of treatment. In terms of ABI,there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P> 0.05);there was significant difference between the two groups after 28 days of treatment(P< 0.05),indicating that the observation group was better than the control group in ameliorating limb ABI after 28 days of treatment. In terms of VEGF expression, there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P> 0.05);there was significant difference between the two groups after 28 days of treatment(P< 0.05),indicating that the observation group was better than the control group in ameliorating VEGF expression level after 28 days of treatment. Conclusion: The application of Maiguan capsule can availablyto ameliorate the clinical symptoms and signs,ABI,VEGF expression level of patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans with blood stasis syndrome, and ameliorate the clinical efficacy.During the study period,it has high security, which is worthy of generalizing and applying in clinical.
