| ObjectiveTo observe the changes of clinical symptoms(intermittent claudication,resting pain and numbness),ankle brachial index(ABI)and related inflammatory indexes of maiguan capsule in the treatment of the thrombo angiitis obliterans(TAO)with the syndrome of intravascular blood stasis,so as to further clarify its curative effect,and preliminarily explore its mechanism of action and possible adverse reactions,so as to better use and promote it in clinic.MethodsIn this study,60 patients with TAO(the syndrome of intravascular blood stasis)were collected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with cilostazol combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction(modified Taohong Siwu Decoction plus Sijunzi Decoction),and the observation group was treated with maiguan capsules on the basis of the treatment plan of the control group.Both groups were treated for 28 days.Observe the changes of various indicators of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,as well as whether there are adverse reactions,etc.,through relevant statistical analysis,objectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of maiguan capsule in the treatment of TAO(the syndrome of intravascular blood stasis).Results:1.In this study,the general information and pre-treatment conditions of the two groups of patients were not statistical significance(all P>0.05).2.Intermittent claudication score: Comparison within the group,the 28 th day of treatment compared with before treatment,the difference were obvious statistical significance(all P<0.01).There were no significant difference in treatment between 7th days and 14 th days(all P>0.05).The difference were statistically significant on the 21 st day and the 28 th day(all P<0.05).3.Resting pain score: Comparison within the group,the 28 th day of treatment compared with before treatment,the difference were obvious statistical significance(all P<0.01).There was no significant difference in treatment on 7th days(P>0.05).The difference were statistically significant on the 7th day,21 st day and the 28 th day(all P<0.05).4.Numbness score: comparison within the group,there was no statistically significant difference between the 28 th day of treatment and that before treatment(all P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between groups at different time nodes of treatment(all P>0.05).5.ABI: Comparison within the group,the 28 th day of treatment compared with before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.01).Comparison between the groups,the 28 th day of treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Inflammatory index: Comparison within the group,the 28 th day of treatment compared with before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.01).Comparison between the groups,the 28 th day of treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).7.Total score: Comparison within the group,the 28 th day of treatment compared with before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.01).Comparison between the groups,the 28 th day of treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).8.Total efficacy: in the observation group,3 cases were cured,14 cases were markedly effective,8 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 83.33%;in the control group,1 case was cured,9 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective,7 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 76.67%,the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05).9.Evaluation of adverse reactions and safety indicators: no serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment period,and there were no abnormalities in various safety indicators.ConclusionMaiguan capsule can improve the clinical symptoms related to limb ischemia by reducing inflammatory reaction and improving ABI.At the same time,no adverse reactions occurred during the treatment,with high safety,which is worthy of further clinical application. |
