Clinical Observation Of Modified Xiaozhen Lotion In The Treatment Of Low Perianal Abscess With Excessive Heat Toxicity

Objective:To observe the effect of Jiawei Xiaozhen lotion on postoperative wound secretion,perianal itching,and wound pain for low perianal abscess with flammable heat,and to explore its clinical efficacy and objectively evaluate the effectiveness of Jiawei Xiaozhen lotion,safety.Methods:The inpatients who were admitted to the Second Anorectal Department of the Affiliated People’s Hospital of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to December 2020 were collected.60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were divided into the experimental group and the control group with 30 cases each according to the principle of randomization.On the basis of conventional treatment,both groups started treatment on the second day after surgery.The test group used Jiawei Xiaozhen lotion to fumigate and wash the sitz bath,and the control group used potassium permanganate solution to fumigate and wash the sitz bath.On the 1st,3rd,7th,14th,and 21st days afterwards,the volume of wound secretions,perianal itching,wound pain,wound healing rate,wound healing time,and total curative effect score on the 21st day after surgery.Record the obtained symptom scores truthfully in the observation table,and finally perform statistical analysis to draw conclusions.Results:There was no significant difference in age,sex,course of disease,and initial wound area between the two groups of cases,P>0.05,which was comparable.The clinical observation indicators,21-day efficacy and safety evaluation of the two groups of cases are summarized as follows:(1)Wound secretion volume: The test group and the control group had no significant difference in wound secretion volume on the 1st day after surgery,P=0.79>0.05,which was comparable.On the 3rd,7th,14th,and 21st day after operation,there were significant differences in the data between the two groups,indicating that Jiawei Xiaozhen Lotion had a more significant effect on reducing postoperative wound secretions than potassium permanganate(P<0.05).(2)Perianal pruritus: There was no significant difference in the degree of perianal pruritus between the test group and the control group on the 1st and 3rd day after operation,P were both greater than 0.05.On the 7th,14th,and 21st day after operation,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant,indicating that the antipruritic effect of Jiawei Xiaozhen Lotion was better than that of the potassium permanganate group,P<0.05.(3)Wound pain: There was no statistically significant difference between the test group and the control group on the first day after surgery,P=0.783>0.05,which was comparable.In the comparison of wound pain between the two groups on the 7th and 14th day after surgery,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05,indicating that Jiawei Xiaozhen lotion is better than potassium permanganate solution in reducing postoperative wound pain;on the 3rd day after surgery There was no significant difference in the degree of wound pain between the two groups at 21 days,P>0.05.(4)Changes in wound area: There was a statistically significant difference in wound area between the experimental group and the control group on the 7th,14th,and 21st day after surgery,P<0.05.It shows that Jiawei Xiaozhen lotion has advantages over potassium permanganate solution in promoting wound healing.(5)Wound healing rate: There was a statistically significant difference in wound healing rate between the experimental group and the control group on the 7th,14th,and 21st day after surgery(P<0.05).It shows that Jiawei Xiaozhen lotion can improve the wound healing rate after operation.(6)Wound healing time: Comparison of wound healing days between the two groups after operation,the test group averaged 24 days and the control group averaged 28 days,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It shows that Jiawei Xiaozhen lotion can shorten the wound healing time.(7)Wound healing efficacy: In the comparison of the total effective rate of the experimental group and the control group 21 days after surgery,the total effective rate of Jiawei Xiaozhen lotion was 93.3%,and the total effective rate of potassium permanganate group was 83.3%.The difference was statistically significant(P=0.03<0.05).It shows that the curative effect of Jiawei Xiaozhen lotion is better than potassium permanganate solution.(8)Safety evaluation: The two groups of patients have complete long-term follow-up records during the treatment in the hospital and after discharge.The two groups of patients were treated according to the doctor’s order,and all have been cured.There were no obvious adverse reactions and side effects during the period.In conclusion:1.Jiawei Xiaozhen lotion can effectively reduce the amount of postoperative wound secretion of flammable low perianal abscess,improve perianal itching,reduce wound pain,shorten wound healing time,increase wound healing rate,and improve overall curative effect.2.Jiawei Xiaozhen lotion has the clinical characteristics of reliable curative effect and high safety,and no obvious adverse reactions were seen during the treatment.
