Objective:Observing the effect of Er Miao San and Modified scattered through the pus on wound pain and wound exudate after the operation of low-set perirectal abscesses of the type of Flaming hot toxic,and then determining its clinical efficacy.Methods:It is a randoinized control study according to the diagnosis standard with 30 patients in treatment group and 30 patients in control group.The treatment group started the treatment with Er Miao San and Heat Through Septic Powder two day after operation and 1 agent one day,twice a day,do this for 5 day. While the control group, without the soup during the treatment. Evaluation criteria include score of symptoms and dosage of pain and Wound exudate in 3 day, 6 day,9 day after operation then Appraise the total score of all symptoms.Results:After the data were statistically analyzed as follows:3,6,9 days after Surgery, both groups wound pain and wound exudate there were significant differences in points (P<0.05). the treatment group is better than the control group. Treatment group in reducing pain and reduce postoperative wound exudate wounds better than the control group.Conclusion:Er Miao San and Modified scattered through the pus applies to toxic heat flaming type and low perianal abscess after surgery, the wound can effectively relieve symptoms such as pain and wound exudate, and no adverse effects were found, no liver and kidney function before and after treatment significant change. Er Miao San and Modified scattered through the pus is a safe and effective traditional Chinese medicine preparation.
