Objective:To explore the influence of anxiety and depression on the distribution of TCM syndromes in rheumatoid arthritis and its correlation with clinical indicators,so as to provide ideas for clinically effective treatment of RA patients with anxiety and depression.Methods:112 patients with RA who were eligible for inclusion were assessed for anxiety and depression using the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS)and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),and RA was collected The patient’s general information and activity indicators were collected according to the "Rheumatoid Arthritis TCM Syndrome Element Evaluation Scale" developed by Jiang Xiaofan.Use SPSS25.0 software to carry on statistical analysis to the data.Results:1.General situation: A total of 112 RA patients were enrolled in this study, and the ratio of male to female was about 1:.3.2.Among them,RA patients with mood disorders accounted for 73.2%,and RA patients without mood disorders accounted for 26.8%;RA patients with pure anxiety or depression accounted for 18.3%,and RA patients with anxiety and depression accounted for 81.7%.2.Comparison of with/without mood disorders and clinical related information:(1)There is no significant difference in the distribution of different genders, age groups, and educational backgrounds in RA patients with/without mood disorders(P>0.05);(2)RA patients have/There are significant differences in the distribution of different employment status and activity indicators(including CRP,ESR,VAS score,DAS28 score)without emotional disorder(P<0.05).3.The distribution of TCM syndrome elements: the total frequency of the distribution of disease syndrome elements in RA patients with mood disorders: qi agnation>phlegm dampness>blood stasis>qi deficiency>blood deficiency>yin deficiency>yang deficiency>fire heat>cold>wind; The total frequency of disease location syndrome element distribution:spleen>liver>heart>lung>kidney>stomach.4.Correlation between TCM syndromes and clinical information:(1)RA patients with/without mood disorders among different TCM syndromes are not statistically significant in age distribution(P>0.05);(2)Different TCM syndromes RA patients with/without mood disorders are in the course of the disease(except heat syndrome,P=0.554),CRP(except cold syndrome, blood stasis factor,P=0.071,P=0.212),ESR(except wind syndrome, yin deficiency Syndrome factors,P=0.170,P=0.108),VAS score,DAS28 score(except qi stagnation factor, wind syndrome factor,P=0.178,P=0.103)are statistically significant in distribution(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Women are more likely to suffer from rheumatoid arthritis than men,and women with RA are more likely to develop emotional disorders than men;the occurrence of emotional disorders in RA patients is related to different employment situations, and RA patients with employment are emotional The barriers are higher than those of non-employed RA patients, suggesting that employed and female RA patients should pay more attention to the occurrence of their emotional disorders.2.In RA patients with mood disorders, the main syndromes are qi stagnation,phlegm-dampness,and blood stasis syndromes, and the main syndromes are spleen and liver syndromes. It is suggested that the disease location of RA patients with mood disorders lies in the spleen and liver, and the treatment of RA patients with mood disorders should pay attention to the treatment methods of "stagnation","removal of blood stasis" and "resolving phlegm".3.Different TCM syndromes of RA patients with/without mood disorders have differences in the course of disease and the distribution of activity indexes(including CRP,ESR,VAS score,DAS28 score),suggesting that RA with longer course of disease and higher activity indexes should be closely related Paying attention to its emotional disorders, and actively controlling the activity of RA patients can effectively alleviate the emotional disorders of patients and improve the prognosis of patients.
