| ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of MEBO in treating ulcer wounds of Wagner grade I to II and zhengxiefenzheng phase diabetic foot,explore its effect on diabetic foot,show the advantages of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,and increase the participation rate of traditional Chinese medicine in clinical diagnosis and treatment.MethodThe patients with Wagner grade I to II and zhengxiefenzheng phase diabetic foot who were admitted to the Department of Surgery and Snake Wound Vascular Surgery,Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,were selected as the research subjects.After admission,they were treated to control blood sugar,control underlying diseases,early debridement,improve microcirculation,and resist For infection and other treatments,70 cases that meet the criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups after pre-treatment,35 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with external application of MEBO on the ulcer surface;the control group was treated with external application of compound Huangbai liquid gauze on the ulcer surface.Observe the facial color,granulation tissue growth and epithelialization process of canker sores in each group at 1 week,2 weeks,4 weeks,and 8weeks after medication,record the wound area and healing time,and explore the treatment of MEBO in the treatment of diabetic foot of Wagner grade I to II of zhengxiefenzheng phase.ResultIn the 70 case studies completed in this subject,the gender,age,symptom scores of the patients in the observation group and the control group and the size of the ulcers in the group were statistically compared,and there was no statistical difference(P>0.05),indicating that the two groups The data is comparable.The specific results and analysis are as follows:1.In terms of the area of ulcers,the comparison of the area of ulcers in the first week after the two groups of patients was P>0.05,indicating that the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant and comparable;the two groups of patients were on the second and fourth week after the treatment.Comparison of the area of ulcer sore on weekday and 8th week,P<0.05,indicating that the difference is statistically significant,indicating that two weeks after the two groups of medication,the observation group has improved the area of??diabetic foot ulcers in the Wagner stage of I to II of right and evil.The result was significantly better than the control group.2.In terms of symptom scores,the two groups of patients with no statistical difference in symptom scores before treatment were compared after treatment.The result was P<0.05,indicating that the observation group was better than the control group in promoting ulcer healing and reducing clinical discomfort.3.In terms of total effective rate,the total effective rate of the observation group and the control group were 94.29% and 85.71%,respectively.The observation group was better than the control group,and statistical analysis showed that the difference between the two was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.In terms of ulcer healing time,after inspection,P<0.05,the difference between the two groups is statistically significant,indicating that the observation group is better than the control group in promoting the healing of diabetic foot ulcers and shortening the treatment time.5.During the clinical trial,the safety indicators of the two groups of patients had no obvious abnormalities and were generally within the normal safety range.And the safety of topical drugs is good,and there are no adverse reactions such as infection,allergic reactions.In conclusionWagner graded diabetic feet in grades I to II with moist burn ointment and dressing change treatment for ulcer sores in the stage of zhengxiefenzheng phase.It can effectively improve the condition of the sores,and then shorten the healing time and improve the clinical efficacy.During the research process,no adverse events occurred,it is safe and reliable,and it is worthy of clinical application. |
