Objective: To observe the safety and clinical efficacy of midnight noon ebb flow combined with heat sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of acute decompensated chronic heart failure with Yang deficiency and water deficiency, and to further explore the influence of midnight noon ebb flow timing heat sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of heart failure, and to provide reference for clinical application of heat sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of heart failure. Methods: 64 patients with acute decompensated chronic heart failure with Yang deficiency and water deficiency in Xiamen Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2020 to January 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,32 cases in each group. The control group was treated with the routine treatment of heart failure recommended in the Chinese guidelines for diagnosis and treatment of heart failure 2018,while the observation group was additionally treated with midnight noon ebb flow moxibustion at the time of choosing time, that is,moxibustion at the area near "Xinshu" at noon(11:00-13:00)and at the area near "Shenshu" at Youshi(17:00-19:00),twice a day for about 40 minutes each time Moxibustion was given 5 days a week for 4 weeks. The changes of NT-pro BNP,Minnesota Heart Failure Quality of life scale(MLHFQ),TCM symptom score, body weight and body composition analysis(ECW%)were observed before and 4weeks after treatment.By comparing the two groups of data changes to observe the effect and using SPSS 22.0 statistical software for analysis to the final conclusion.result:1.A total of 64 patients were enrolled in this study, including 2 cases in the observation group and 2 cases in the control group.Finally,60 patients completed the clinical study, with a total shedding rate of 6.25%.2.Baseline comparison: before the test, there were no significant differences in age, gender,NYHA cardiac function classification and basic medication between the two groups(P > 0.05).3.After the experiment, there were significant differences in NT-pro BNP,MLHFQ score,TCM symptom score, body weight and ECW% between the two groups(P < 0.05).4.In terms of safety: in the course of this study, one patient in the observation group had slight scald on the skin at the moxibustion site on the third day of the experiment. After the evaluation of adverse reaction events and safety,it was considered to be related to the operation method of heat sensitive moxibustion and the symptomatic treatment of scald ointment. The degree of adverse reaction was mild, and continued to participate in the experiment until the end of the study.Conclusion:1.On the basis of the conventional treatment of heart failure,it is safe and effective to use midnight noon ebb flow heat sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of patients with acute decompensated chronic heart failure of Yang deficiency and water type, without obvious adverse reactions.2.Compared with the conventional treatment of heart failure in western medicine alone, combined with midnight noon ebb flow timing moxibustion therapy can more effectively improve the NT pro BNP,mlhfq score,TCM symptom score, body weight and ECW% and other indicators of patients with acute decompensated chronic heart failure of Yang deficiency water type, and can improve the quality of life of patients.
