Recently,the Hong Kong polytechnic university investigation and analysis,with 66.5% ~87.8% of the Chinese doctors have job burnout,visible Chinese doctor job burnout has become a common phenomenon.In the study of job burnout,most researchers pay attention to external factors and do not pay enough attention to internal factors.As an internal cause,public service motivation directly affects the level of job burnout,and the level of job burnout of doctors with strong public service motivation is correspondingly lower,and vice versa.Public service motivation is another hot topic in the field of public service after the new public management in western society.This paper,from the perspective of public service motivation,attempts to study the relationship between public service motivation and occupational burnout among physicians.The motivation of public service mentioned in this paper refers to the altruistic motivation or the beneficial social motivation that affects the degree of professional contribution of doctors.This study integrated use of literature research,empirical analysis and questionnaire survey research methods,with random sampling principle of binhai new area is based on a questionnaire survey of the above tertiary public hospital,and the correlation with the SPSS19.0 software analysis,the following conclusions: binhai new area physicians public service motivation and job burnout are at medium level;Demographic differences have an impact on public service motivation and job burnout.There is a significant negative correlation between public service motivation and job burnout(that is,the higher the public service motivation,the lower the level of job burnout).Attraction to public service policy making,commitment to public interest,sympathy and job burnout have significant negative correlation.Combined with the research conclusion,we suggest that the public service motivation of the physician group should be optimized for management,so as to alleviate the occupational burnout of the physician group.This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the current situation of occupational exhaustion of doctors combined with the motivation of public service and expands the research perspective.Through investigation and research,we have a basic understanding of the current situation of job burnout and public service motivation of doctors in binhai new area,and further explore the deep relationship between the two.In addition,this paper deepens the research content,sorts out the concept of public service motivation,and interprets it from different perspectives.This paper makes an in-depth analysis of the influencing factors of the current occupational burnout of doctors,in order to put forward reasonable Suggestions,explore from the perspective of public management,and improve the current situation of occupational burnout of doctors.
