Professor He Hua Treatment Of Insomnia Medication Law Analysis And Experience Summary

Objective: To investigate the gender distribution,age distribution,course distribution and medication status of insomnia patients in Henan traditional Chinese medicine hospital by professor Hehua,to summarize the rule of drug use and clinical experience,and to provide new therapeutic ideas.Methods: From September 2017 to October 2019,238 cases of insomnia patients were collected from professor He hua,a famous doctor of henan hospital of traditional Chinese medicine.Collection contents: treatment time,gender,age,chief complaint,present medical history,previous history,diagnosis of traditional Chinese and western medicine,prescription,etc.A database was established to conduct statistical analysis of the data,descriptive analysis of gender,age and course of disease,frequency and frequency analysis of highfrequency drugs,four-qi,five-flavor,meridional and classification,systematic cluster analysis and association rule analysis of high frequency drugs.Results: 1.General data description and analysis1)In this study,a total of 238 patients(83 males,accounting for 34.87%)were included from professor He hua’s outpatient service from September 2017 to October 2019.There were 155 females,accounting for 65.13%.2)The minimum age of the patients was 15 years,the maximum age was 78 years,the mean age was 43.82 years,and the standard deviation was 13.62 years.There were 30 patients aged 35,36 and 52,accounting for 12.61% of the total number.The frequency of young people(≤44 years old)was 133,accounting for 55.88% of the total.3)Course of disease: the frequency of 1-2 months was 109,accounting for 45.8%.The3-6 months frequency was 25,accounting for 10.5%;The frequency over 6 months was 104,accounting for 43.7%.2.Frequency analysis of drug frequency1)A total of 150 drugs were recorded in this study,and high-frequency drugs accounted for more than 10% of the prescription frequency.In a total of 35,Poria cocos,Fried semen zizyphi spinosae,Fushen,Licorice,Caulis polygoni multiflori,Fried malt,Oyster,Fossil fragments,Cortex albiziae,Tangerine peel,Light wheat,Bamboo shavings,Fried semen raphani,Senega,Forsythia suspensa,Chinese angelica,Fried chicken’s gizzardskin,Radix curcumae,Fingered citron,Radix paeoniae alba,Fried hawthorn,Radix paeoniae rubra,Fried immature bitter orange,Dried rehamnnia root,Magnoliae cortex,Lotus plumule,Moutan bark,Fructus gardeniae,Parched medicated leaven,Ophipogon root,Hooked uncaria,Dandelion,Fried Chinese yam,Corydalis tuber is stir-fried with vinegar,Wolfberry fruit.2)Four natures of drugs statistics: no hot property drugs were found in the highfrequency drugs.There are four kinds of drug properties: cold nature,warm property,cool nature and smooth property.The total drug frequency is 35 and the total frequency is 3889.The order is: smooth property(2097),cold nature(973),warm property(636),cool nature(183).3)Five tastes statistics: 7 properties of high frequency drugs are acid,bitter,sweet,pungency,salty,astringency and bland flavour.The total frequency of drugs is 56,and the total frequency is 6017.The order is sweet(2756),bitter(988),pungency(901),acid(483),bland flavour(473),salty(209)and astringency(207).4)Cannel tropism statistics: high-frequency drugs were involved in all 12 regular channels,with a total frequency of 100 and a total frequency of 11,713.The order is: the heart channel(2537),the liver channel(1940),the lung channel(1886),the spleen channel(1841),the kidney channel(1210),the stomach channel(1199),the gallbladder meridian(672),the small intestine channel(208),the bladder meridian(99),the large intestine channel(53),the triple energizer meridian(38),the pericardium channel(30).5)Drug classification: high-frequency drugs are divided medicine(473),Heat reliever(334),Qi-regulating medicine(283),Calming the liver to stop the wind medicine(239),Astringent medicine(202),Phlegm relieving medicine(151),Promote blood circulation to dispel blood stasis drugs(102),Damp-dissolving drugs(53).6)Classification of The herbs for tranquilization: there are 2 categories,with a total frequency of 987,among which,79.0% were Refreshing and tranquilizing drugs and 21.0%were Tranquilization with heavy material drugs.7)Classification of Tonfy deficiency drugs: there are 3 categories,with a total frequency of 489,in which Qi tonic drugs account for 53.2%,Blood tonic drugs account for 34.8%,and Yin tonic drugs account for 12.1%.8)Classification of Heat reliever: there are 3 categories,the total frequency is 334,among which Herbs for clearing away heat and cooling blood account for 47.3%,Heatclearing and detoxifying drugs account for 41.3%,Herbs for clearing away heat and reducing fire accounts for 11.4%.3.Statistical analysis of drug data1)Association rules: there are 5 association items with binomial association set support of above 90%,gain of above 1 and confidence of 100%,respectively:Poria cocos-Fried malt;Fu shen-Caulis polygoni multiflori;Poria cocos-Caulis polygoni multiflori;Poria cocos-Licorice;Poria cocos-Fu shen.There are a total of 11 correlation items whose support degree is above 95%,whose gain is above 1,and whose confidence degree reaches 100%,respectively: Fu shen-Caulis polygoni multiflori-Licorice;Poria cocos-Caulis polygoni multiflori-Licorice;Fu shen-Caulis polygoni multiflori-Fried semen gizzardskin-Parched medicated leaven;Fossil fragments-Oyster;Poria cocos-Fu shen;Moutan bark – Fructus gardeniae;Chinese angelica-Radix paeoniae alba;Fingered citron –Radix curcumae.The first category is: Fried immature bitter orange,Magnolia cortex,Tangerine peel,Bamboo shavings,Fried semen raphani,Forsythia suspensa,Fried chicken’s gizzardskin,Parched medicated leaven,Radix paeoniae rubra,Fried hawthorn,Corydalis tuber is stir-fried with vinegar,Senega,Dandelion;The second category is:Dried rehmannia root,Fried Chinese yam,Wolfberry fruit,Lotus plumule,Ophiopogon root;The3rd kind is: Fossil fragments,Oyster,Poria cocos,Fu shen,Caulis polygoni multiflori,Licorice,Fried semen zizyphi spinosae,Cortex albiziae,Fried malt,Moutan bark,Fructus gardeniae,Chinese angelica,Radix paeoniae alba,Fingered citron,Radix curcuma,Light wheat,Hooked uncaria.Conclusion: 1 In this study,female patients with insomnia were more common,mainly young people,presenting a chronic course of disease.2 Do not sleep disease because old body is empty,feel external evil,food is not node,affection place is injured,overwork and escape disorder,pathological change always belongs to Yang sheng Yin decline,Yin and Yang lose contact,concern with liver,with spleen and stomach more,pathogenesis with liver depression,spleen and stomach lose and give priority to.3 The principle of professor He hua’s treatment of insomnia is "liver","spleen and stomach",psychological counseling.4 Not sleep of the law of clinical drug use: gan ping drugs to give priority to,return to the heart,liver,lung,spleen by the main,to calm drugs,antihistamine drugs.5 The core related drugs are Poria cocos,Fried malt,Fu shen,Caulis polygoni multiflori,Licorice and Fried semen zizyphi spinosae.6 Common drug pairs: Fried immature bitter orange-Magnolia cortex;Tangerine peel-Bamboo shavings;Fried chicken’s gizzardskin-Parched medicated leaven;Fossil fragments-Oyster;Poria cocos-Fu shen;Moutan bark – Fructus gardeniae;Chinese
