| Objective: Through the retrospective analysis of the cases of recurrent abortion patients treated by Professor Hu Xiaohua in the outpatient department of Henan Provincial Hospital,this paper observes the age distribution,the history of childbirth,the history of spontaneous abortion and the use of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with recurrent abortion,including drug frequency,drug four gas,Schisandra,attribution,drug classification,summing up its academic thought and treatment experience,Excavating the law of drug use in order to provide some new ideas for the treatment of Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion.Methods: The patients who were taught in outpatient department of Hu Xiaohua Hospital in Henan Province from January 2018 to March 2019 met the diagnostic criteria and included the standard,and the medical records of recurrent abortion were collected and diagnosed as 200 cases.The collection includes: Patient visit time,general data,clinical diagnosis and treatment of Chinese and Western medicine,TCM syndromes,clinical symptoms and signs,prescription and so on.Using EXCEL2010 to establish a database and retrospectively analyze its data,including: Age,delivery history,descriptive analysis of the history of spontaneous abortion,drug,four-gas,schisandra,normalized,drug classification frequency analysis,drug system clustering analysis,four-gas schisandra bidirectional disordered Card square test,drug association rules.Results:1 General Data Description Analysis(1)A total of 200 cases were collected in this study,with an average age of 31.49 years,the standard deviation was 4.10,the number of births was 0.44,the standard deviation was 0.56,the number of natural abortion history was 3.5,and the standard deviation was 0.83.Of these,the oldest was 43 years,the youngest was 22 years,the number was 28,and the age group of more than 20 persons was 28 years,31 years and 32 years.(2)The number of deliveries of patients is 0,the frequency is 120,the number of deliveries is 1,the frequency is 73,the number of deliveries is 2,the frequency is 7.(3)The number of natural abortion history of patients is 3 times,the frequency is 134,the history of natural abortion is 4 times,the history of spontaneous abortion is 5,the frequency is 14,the history of spontaneous abortion is more than 5 times,the frequency is 10.2 General information on drugs(1)In this study,35 flavors of drugs were entered,and more than 30 of the frequencies were high-frequency drugs.In order: Sand kernels,gan,salt eucommia,dry lotus grass,Su Terrier,dodder,continuous,fried yam,mulberry parasitic,dogwood,gum,Scutellaria baicalensis,mother,Salvia miltiorrhiza,paeoniae,Radix elm Charcoal,baicalin charcoal,crane grass,honeysuckle charcoal,lotus root charcoal,honeysuckle,fried albino.(2)Drug four-gas distribution: In the drugs used,there is no heat drug,cool drug.There are three types of cold,warm and flat,a total of 35 frequencies,a frequency of 3104,the cumulative frequency of 100%.From high to Low: flat drugs(34.4%),warm drugs(34.1%),cold drugs(31.5%).(3)Drug Schisandra distribution: there is no light taste drug in the drug used.A total of Gan,Xin,acid,bitter,salty,astringent 6 kinds of taste,the cumulative frequency of 57 times,the cumulative frequency of 4,636 times,the cumulative rate of 100%.From high to Low: Gan(37.9%),Bitter(25%),Xin(18.1%),acid(11.2%),astringent(7.8%),Salty(0%).(4)Drug attribution distribution: The drug used is not sanjiao through the drug,the rest of the Sutra are involved,the cumulative frequency is 93,the cumulative frequency is 8058,the cumulative frequency is 100%.The frequency of attribution was as follows: Renal meridian(24.6%),hepatic meridian(21.6%),pulmonary meridian(15.9%),spleen Meridian(15.4%),gastric meridian(10.2%),cardiac meridian(6.4%),colon meridian(2.8%),pericardial meridian(1.6%),small intestine meridian(1.5%).(5)Drug classification distribution: a total of 11 categories,from high to Low,followed by: Deficiency drugs(47.7%),antipyretic Drugs(14.8%),Qi(for their use)(7.1%),astringent drugs(6.7%),anti-rheumatism drugs Strong Bones(6.3%),wetting drugs(6.3%),hemostatic Drugs(5.3%),Huoxue Huayu Medicine(4.2%),phlegm cough medicine(0.7%),Qi Medicine(0.5%),Anshen Medicine(0.4%).(6)The distribution of deficiency drugs: the frequency of all the deficiency drugs is 12 times,the cumulative frequency is 1480,and the cumulative rate is 100%.From high to low,it was a tonic(39.7%),An air supplement(29.7%),a deficiency drug(17.2%)and a deficiency drug(13.4%).3 Statistical analysis of drug use law(1)In the extraction of two episodes,select more than 97.5% support degree,reliability more than 90%,gain in more than 1 items set,a total of three items set to achieve the highest confidence degree: salt eucommia-continuous;Licorice-dry lotus grass;salt eucommia-dry lotus grass.In the extraction of three episodes,select more than 97.5% support degree,reliability of more than 90%,gain in more than 1 of the item set,no drug combination to achieve the highest confidence,all the preceding the same,the difference is that latter is different.(2)The result of the clustering of drugs into 6 categories is:(1)mother,land,ginseng,honeysuckle,honeysuckle Charcoal,Kangzuju,loquat leaves,wheat winter,Scutellaria baicalensis,Scutellaria baicalensis charcoal,ascending hemp,may involve the type of syndrome: Blood heat syndrome;(2)crane grass,lotus root charcoal,may involve the syndromes: Blood heat syndrome,QI blood certificate;(3)dry Lotus grass,paeoniae,Radix,Cassia,Salvia miltiorrhiza,may be involved in the type of syndrome: Blood heat syndrome,Kidney yin deficiency syndrome;(4)CHENPI,Yuanzhi,sand kernels,may involve the syndrome type: Phlegm wet block syndrome,spleen deficiency syndrome;(5)fried yam,astragalus,licorice,fried albino,may involve the syndrome type: spleen deficiency syndrome;(6)Salt eucommia ulmoides,Orca Day,continuous break,dodder,mulberry parasitic,dog Ridge,gum,dogwood,May involve the type of syndrome: Kidney deficiency syndrome.(3)This study collected a total of 35 flavor Chinese Medicine,which did not appear thermal drugs,cool drugs,drug four gas has uniqueness,and Schisandra properties are diverse.(1)In cold drugs,each taste appeared a total of 1565 times,the most appeared in order: bitter,gan,acid;warm drugs taste a total of 1315 times,the most appeared in order: Xin,bitter,sour,astringent;flat drugs taste a total of 1558 times,the most appeared in order: Gan,bitter,Xin Astringent.(2)All the Xin-flavored drugs,a total of 642 of the drug,a total of 1752 drugs,Acid drugs,a total of 519 times,bitter drugs,a total of 1158 drug,salty drugs,a total of 7 drug,astringent taste drugs,the total occurrence of 360.In bidirectional unordered inspection,p=0.000,c=0.504(column contact number).Overall,the use of Gan
