Analysis On TCM Master Professor Zheng Qizhong' Medication Regularly In Prescriptions For Tic Disorders In Children Based On Association Rules And Complex Entropy Clustering Algorithm

Objective: Based on Association rules Apriori algorithm and Complex entropy clustering algorithm to analyze on TCM Professor Zheng Qi-zhong' Medication Regularly in Prescriptions for Tic Disorders(TD)in Children,to study the medication rule and experience of Professor Zheng Qi-zhong treatment of children with TD,then to extraction core combinations and discover new prescriptions,which to provide reference for the clinical treatment of children with TD.Methods: Collected the typical cases before and the medical records which Professor Zheng Qi-zhong treatment for children of TD in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of TCM from January 1st,2012 to December 31 st,2015.Used the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system(TCMISS)establish medical record database.Firstly,to analysis the general informations included the frequency of the medication,symptom frequency,four characters and five tastes of drugs,channel tropism,etc.Secondly,based on association rules Apriori algorithm to analysis of the core drugs and mode of administration,to extraction core combinations and display it by the Complex Network;then all prescriptions were analyzed by complex entropy clustering,to explore new prescriptions.Thirdly,the medical records were extracted which containing the most frequent frequency three symptoms,then to analysis of prescription drug based on association rules Apriori algorithm,and to extract core medications,and to study the similarities and differences between the 3core group of drugs.Based on the distribution of Symptoms-complex TCM,study the prescriptions of each symptoms complex TCM using association rules analysis,and extracted the core prescriptions.Results: 110 case records and 395 prescriptions were collected in all,and 199 Chinese herbal medicine obtained.The frequency more than 30 times of the drugs were 40 in a total,and the top 10 were: white peony root,silkworm,cicada,licorice,scorpion,gastrodia,pipewort,rhizoma typhon,curcuma longa,keel;the cold,calm,warm drugs and the sweet,pungent,bitter medicine used mostly.The channel-tropism of medicine was mostly liver,lung and spleen followed.Based association rules Apriori algorithm to analysis prescriptions mode,set the number of support 81(support?20%)and confidence level of 0.6,there were a total of 48 group mode of administration.The frequency of occurrence of the top three are: white peony and silkworm,the silkworm and cicada,cicada and white peony.To set the confidence=0.8,a total of 50 to obtain a high degree of confidence drug combination,the highest degree of confidence were three combinations: white peony root,cicada,and turmeric tablets ?silkworm(confidence=0.94186);white tuber,and licorice?TGP(confidence=0.933333333);white peony root,and turmeric tablets ?silkworm(confidence=0.929293).The core combinations obtained finally was: white peony root,silkworm,cicada,turmeric tablets,white tuber,licorice,gastrodia,keel,pipewort,scorpion.12 medication combinations were extracted through complex entropy clustering algorithm and six new prescriptions combined,the effectiveness were:Nourishing Yin,Suppressing Yang,Extinguishing Wind,Huoxue–quyu-tongjing,Excreting Damp,Wenyang-huatan,reconciling Shaoyang,Clearing heat and resolving phlegm,Xingqi-Huoxue-Huayu;which embodied in the TCM Diagnosis on the Primary: hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency,Phlegm-Accumulation Stasis,dampness-heat,wind-heat,Phlegm-heat,stagnated QI transforming into fire,Blood stasis,reversed flow of Qi,etc.Three symptoms used mostly were obtained: blink,hawk,lack of concentration,then the medical records corresponding symptoms were extracted,and association rules analysis showed the different symptoms,drugs were:peony,silkworm,cicada,piece turmeric,licorice,rhizoma typhon,scorpion,and similar to the experience prescription that Professor Zheng treatment of TD:Sheng-jiang-zhi-dong-fang.To cure blink occur more often used pipewort to removing liver fire for improving eyesight,Radix and Scutellaria to adjusting qi of hepatobiliary and ascending lucidity and descending turbidity;to cure the hawk based on the theory of "phlegm",and focused on "Qi movement";to cure lack of concentration more based on the theory of "Heart and Kidney",used the Rehmannia glutinosa,oysters,turtle shell to nourishing yin and blood and tranquillization withheavy prescription mostly.In all of the case records,the frequency was more in the syndrome of wind invasion of lung,stirring wind due to phlegma-heat,spleen deficient and live hyperactivity,hyperactivity of yang due to yin deficiency.A total of four core prescriptions were get based on the association rules analysis.Conclusions: Professor Zheng Qi-zhong treated of children with TD based on the theory of liver syndrome,for the TD more empty mark real syndrome.Disorder of qi movement and the ascending and descending disorder is the basic pathogenesis.Several causes bring an aberration of qi activity lifting Qing-Yang don't rise,turbid-Yin not drop.The most important syndrome are spleen deficient and kidney deficiency.Because of the wind,phlegm,pyrogeneous pathogen actuating Liver-wind,the functional disorder of entrails gradually appeared: phlegm dampness,blood stasis,tianjin injury,Yin deficiency,blood deficiency,meridian impassability,meridians alongwith.Liver-wind with the wind,fire,phlegm turbidity stasis cementation,lead to twitch symptoms,change multiterminal,parts,break out repeatedly,deferment painless.The core combinations is: white peony root,silkworm,cicada,licorice,scorpion,gastrodia,pipewort,rhizoma typhon,curcuma longa,keel.Qi activity lifting disorder is the basic pathogenesis,clear material for managing the key,with "reconcile" treatment,lifting with is its characteristic.Confirmed by professor zheng in the treatment of tic disorders in children "ascending lucidity and descending turbidity" academic thought.
