Analysis On Medication Rule Of Semen Liquefaction Abnormality Based On Data Mining

Objective: Based on data mining technology,this study used TCM inheritance assistant system(V2.5)software to analyze and summarize the medication rules and experience in the treatment of abnormal semen liquefaction in the Department of Reproductive Men of Henan Hospital of TCM,providing objective basis for clinical treatment of abnormal semen liquefaction.Methods: this study through the henan province traditional Chinese courtyard outpatient service information system,to collect our fertility and above titles,deputy director of the physician,in January 2019 to January 2021 outpatient treatment of abnormal semen liquefaction prescription,through the standard data filtering,collect402 prescriptions,drug information input of auxiliary system(V2.5)software,to justify the syndrome distribution,drug frequency,sexual flavour to the statistical analysis,using the association rules and entropy clustering algorithm,the relationship between the analysis in the prescription drugs,mining department in treating disease of abnormal semen liquefaction medication regularly.Results: Through the analysis of 402 prescriptions for semen liquefaction abnormality,summarize the medication rule and experience of treatment for semen liquefaction abnormality in male henan hospital of TCM.1.The common witnesses of this disease are Kidney empty hot(40.55%),Humid heat and blood stasis resistance(39.05%),and kidney empty and blood weak(12.44%);2.Among the medicinal properties,the most frequent use of "four qi" was cold(36.45%),warm(34.95)and flat(25.92%);The most frequent use of "five flavors" were sweet(44.94%),bitter(24.01%)and spicy(21.57%).The main channels of "channeling" were liver channel(25.73%),kidney channel(17.24%)and spleen channel(13.15%).3.Categories of commonly used drugs include:(1)antipyretic drugs: honeysuicerae,dandelion,wormweed,forsythia,wild chrysanthemum,gardenia,peony bark and red peony root.With 1145 times,21.83% of total drugs.(2)Blood activating drugs:Salviorrhiza miltiorrhiza,Ligusticum chuanensis,leech,peach kernel,Radix Achyranthae Radix,Radix Achyranthae Radix,Angelica sinensis and Cinmanthus cassia twang,with 933 times,18.74% of total drugs;(3)Kidney-tonifying drugs:dodder,wolfberry,raspberry and milkvetch,with 578 times,11.05% of total drugs;(4)Kidney-yang tonifying drugs: Epimedium,Morphoris officinalis,Herba sinensis,Chinese chive seed,Cynomorium songaricum,Dipsacus dipsacus,with 559 times,10.69% of total drugs;(5)Splene-enhancing drugs: Atractylodonis atractylodonis,Poria cocos,Chinese yam,Divine Comedy,Root Root,Hawthorn Root,Tangerine Peel,with 516 times,9.85% of the total drugs;(6)Qi enhancing drugs: Astragalus membranaceus,red ginseng,rhodiola rosea,licorice,with 430 times,8.22% of the total drugs;(7)Moisture drugs: coix seed,alisma alisma and plantain seed were used 375 times,7.17% of the total;(8)Kidney-tonifying drugs: Rehmanniae rehmanniae,Fructus Corni,Fructus Chrysanthus and Fructus Schisandrae with 271 times,5.19% of the total drug;4.The principle of drug combination pattern is more common in tonifying kidney and clearing heat,clearing heat and Blood transportation,tonifying kidney and Blood transportation,clearing heat and promoting dampness,tonifying kidney and enriching qi,tonifying qi and Blood transportation,tonifying kidney and enriching dampness,such as(1)Cusder-honeysuckle;(2)honeysuckle-forsythia-peach kernel-red peony root;(3)Epimedium-Salvia miltiorrhiza;(4)honeysuckle-plantain seed;5.dodder-astragalus,dodder-Epimedium-astragalus;(6)Astragalus-Salvia miltiorrhiza;(7)Cuscuta sinensis-Plantago seed;5.The dodder,dandelion and peony bark were obtained through software analysis;14groups of core prescriptions of peach kernel,dandelion,chuanxiong,forsythia,and 7groups of new prescriptions of xianmao,raspberry,Morinda officinalis,leek seed,ox knee,leech and red peony were selected.Conclusion: 1.For abnormal semen liquefaction,the "four qi" are mainly cold,warm and flat,the "five flavors" are mainly sweet,bitter and spicy,and the "return meridians" are mainly liver,kidney and spleen meridians;2.Commonly used drugs include: heat clearing class,moisture-nourishing class,blood activating class,spleen strengthening class,Qi replenishing class,kidney essence tonifying class,kidney Yin tonifying class,kidney Yang tonifying class,among which heat clearing class is most used;3.Drug combination modes include kidney and clearing heat,clearing heat and Blood transportation,kidney and Blood transportation,clearing heat and Clearing damp,kidney and Fill gas,Fill gas and Blood transportation,kidney and Clearing damp,among which the combination of kidney and clearing heat is the most common.4.The core drugs are honeysuckle,plantago seed,astragalus,dodder,Epimedium,wolfberry,dandelion,Salviae miltiorrhiza,Ligusticum chuanxiong,forsythia,leech,red peony,peony bark,poria cocos.5.The common syndromes are kidney deficiency damp-heat syndrome,damp-heat stasis syndrome an,kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.6.The principle of treatment is clearing heat and dampness,tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation.
