Research On The Work Optimization Of Community Health Service Centers

With the rapid development of national economic,the demand of medical service of Chinese people increases rapidly.However,the growth of major medical resources is lower than medical service demand,which aggravates the shortage of total medical service resources in China.At the same time,the uneven distribution of quality medical service resources and the relatively backward allocation of medical resources in primary medical institutions aggravate the gap between the setting of medical service resources allocation and the needs of the people,hindering the overall improvement and development of China’s overall medical service level.Many domestic and foreign scholars have conducted research on the medical service system in order to make effective use of medical resources,improve service quality,guarantee medical security and improve the service capacity and level of the medical system.Under the background of China’s medical reform of graded diagnosis and treatment and two-way referral,this paper conducts an optimization study on the work of community health service centers by combining the "Internet + medical treatment" diagnosis and treatment model.First of all,considering the patients missing the appointments and the waiting time boundary value,this study,on the basis of queuing theory,establishes a single community health service center service population bearing capacity calculation model,determines the number of patients with optimal service,and a single community health service centers of different service rate changes to its service capacity crowd under the influence of various factors.Secondly,in order to shorten the waiting time of patients for disease screening in all community health service centers in a certain region and improve service efficiency and patient satisfaction,this study takes the disease screening work of community health service centers as a queuing system.An optimization scheme of joint screening based on Shared services was proposed,and the joint work of three community health centers could achieve the goal of shortening patient waiting time by sharing physicians.The research results show that the appropriate capacity of community health service centers and the sharing model of medical services can help to rationally plan limited medical service resources,improve the service efficiency and patient satisfaction of community health service centers and enhance the comprehensive strength of grassroots medical system.
