Perimenopause, also known as menopause, refers to a transitional period from the gradual decline of ovarian function to the complete cessation of its endocrine function, and also a turning period from the vigorous period to the aging of women’s body.During perimenopause, women will have some physiological characteristics, such as the decline of ovarian function, the decrease of estrogen level and the dysfunction of hypothalamus pituitary ovary gonad, which will lead to the decrease of immune function and the gradual decrease of energy. In this period, women’s work and life pressure is great, social function changes, and psychological changes such as depression, pessimism, loneliness, and even depression.Menopause is an inevitable process that every woman must go through, and menopause depression is one of the most common diseases of women at this stage.Menopausal depression,as a female-specific disease whose incidence is increasing year by year,is receiving more and more clinical attention. As a high-risk psychiatric disease in women at this important life stage, antidepressants alone are difficult To achieve the desired effect, there are also disadvantages such as side effects and dependence.Formulating a comprehensive Chinese medicine adjustment plan for menopausal depression can help prevent the occurrence of the disease from all aspects of physiology and psychology, maintain the physical and mental health of the majority ofwomen groups at this stage, relieve the pain caused by depression, and also help Clinical research provides a reasonable and comprehensive reference for TCM transfer.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique insights and advantages in the treatment and nursing of mental illness.Under the theoretical guidance of dialectical treatment and the combination of form and spirit, traditional Chinese medicine can alleviate the suffering of mental illness through various means such as mental, emotional, life, diet, medicine, etc. There are a large number of such documents in a large number of ancient Chinese medicine documents, and it is worth conducting research. This thesis combines ancient Chinese medicine books with modern Chinese medicine documents to jointly develop a set of reasonable and effective TCM comprehensive photography programs. The ancient literature mainly obtained valuable literature materials by consulting relevant experts, reading gynecology TCM monograph, searching the medical cases of famous doctors of emotional disease TCM,and searching the relevant ancient Chinese medicine database through key words.Modern literature search mainly searches related literature about perimenopausal depression or menopausal depression in CNKI database, especially articles related to traditional Chinese medicine treatment and nursing care, including journals, doctoral dissertation, conferences and other literature, and selects valuable reference information by consulting one by one.On the basis of the written work and the clinical practice, the author has purposefully studied the acupuncture points selection, acupuncture techniques and massage techniques of perimenopausal depression in the mental disease department of the hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, and obtained valuable methods of TCM modulation in practice. This research is divided into the following sections. The first part expounds the definition of menopausal depression and the diagnostic criteriaof western and traditional Chinese medicine, determines the definition of the disease, and lays the foundation for the following discussion. The second part mainly summarizes the pathogenesis and causes of TCM in menopausal depression, summarizes the knowledge of ancient and modern doctors, and clarifies the physiological and pathological mechanism of the disease. The etiology is discussed from three aspects: internal cause, external cause, and non-internal and external cause. The pathogenesis is explained from the pathogenesis of ancient literature and the pathogenesis of modern literature. The third part analyzes the common clinical basic types of the disease by referring to the diagnosis and treatment standards of related diseases, official teaching materials, and related statistics of menopausal depression network literature. The classification is established as four types: kidney deficiency and liver depression, liver depression and qi stagnation, imbalance between heart-yang and kidney-yin,liver depression and spleen deficiency, and defines the clinical manifestations of each type, providing classification ideas and key points for the next program. The fourth part discusses the content of the comprehensive adjustment plan of TCM for the disease, starting from five parts: emotional therapy, four hour daily life, diet, traditional Chinese medicine treatment, acupuncture and massage, and health preserving skill. The emotional therapy and four hour daily life adopt the principle of combination of universality and pertinence, and the three parts are diet, traditional Chinese medicine treatment and acupuncture and massage health preserving skill According to the four types of syndrome differentiation summarized in the third part, the basic principles and specific methods of each scheme are listed to provide valuable reference for patients and clinical workers. In order to improve the credibility and authority of this method, the relevant mental conditioning methods, traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions, herbalrecipes, and guided exercises are accompanied by relevant controlled research literature or ancient book commentary, etc.,making it more rigorous and scientific. The fifth part summarizes the results of the above four parts, and clarifies the research results and contents. This study preliminarily defined the etiology and pathogenesis of menopausal depression, formulated a corresponding clinical diagnosis standard and basic syndrome types, and laid a foundation for the diagnosis of the disease and the selection of appropriate treatment programs.Secondly,by combing and integrating the TCM Comprehensive modulation scheme of menopausal depression,a five plate modulation scheme is established, which covers a wide range and provides a variety of ideas for the treatment and prevention of the disease.Through this study, the author believes that TCM mediation menopausal depression does have effect, and the side effects are small and independent, covering all aspects of life, the audience is large, and the operability is strong. It is difficult to achieve the effect of simple antidepressant drugs or hormone therapy by using the method of comprehensive adjustment of traditional Chinese medicine and necessary drug treatment. For this disease, which is affected by many physiological and psychological factors, based on the holistic view, the traditional Chinese medicine with the concept of "Preventive treatment of disease" has its advantages, which can fully achieve the combination of medical treatment and maintenance, and provide guarantee for the health of the majority of women.
