| Purpose:Through the compilation of the three databases of China National Knowledge Infrastructure,China Science and Technology Journal Database, and Wanfang Med Online, since the establishment of the database, the literature on traditional Chinese medicine treatment related to anxiety and/or depression after PCI,and statistics and analysis of TCM syndrome types, syndromes and treatments Then and the characteristics of medication.Combined with the clinical efficacy of Er Jiangqi Dayu Decoction in the paper, this paper further summarizes the dialectical diagnosis and treatment thinking of anxiety and depression after PCI,in order to provide a reference for the clinical work of Chinese medicine.Material and method:1.Literature research: Using China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),China Science and Technology Journal Database, and Wanfang Med Online, the report on the post-PCI postoperative anxiety and anxiety reported from the establishment of the database to December 1,2020(Or)Retrieve the relevant literature of depression state, extract TCM syndrome types, treatment principles, medications and other information, establish an Excel database, and finally obtain the distribution and treatment of TCM syndrome types of anxiety(or)depression related literature through statistical analysis Principles and rules of medication.2.Clinical research: Collect 70 patients with anxiety and depression after PCI,and randomly divide them into control group and experimental group, each group has 35 cases. Both groups are given conventional drugs and psychological intervention treatment. In addition, the control group is given placebo. The experimental group was given Jiangqi Dayu Decoction for 2 weeks and followed up for 4 weeks.Results:1.Literature study: A total of 563 literatures were found,42 of which were screened and included.A total of 18 TCM syndromes were sorted out, including liver stagnation and qi stagnation, loss of mental health,qi stagnation and blood stasis, spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness.Among them, there are 16 kinds of basic syndromes, mainly including liver stagnation and qi stagnation, blood stasis and psychosis loss.10 kinds of basic treatment principles were extracted, including dredging the liver and regulating qi,nourishing the mind and tranquilizing the mind, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. In the included literature, the most commonly used traditional Chinese medicines were those for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, followed by Qi regulating drugs and Qi tonifying drugs, which mainly entered the liver meridian. The four Qi and five flavors were bitter and warm.2.Clinical study:65 patients were finally included. After comparison of gender, age, number of risk factors, combined diseases and educational level between the two groups,P > 0.05 showed no statistically significant difference. When comparing TCM syndrome scores between the two groups,P<0.05 was statistically significant. The effective rate of the experimental group was 57.58%,which was higher than the 25.00% of the control group.HAMA score showed that the difference between the two groups was statistically significant by independent sample t test(P < 0.05).The effective rate of the experimental group was 60.61% higher than that of the control group(28.13%).The four HRV indexes of the two groups were better in the experimental group than in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant. Conclusion:After summarizing and sorting out the literature related to the treatment of anxiety and/or depression after PCI with traditional Chinese medicine in the three major databases, the main syndrome types are stagnation of liver and qi,dysfunction of mind, and stagnation of qi and blood stasis. The treatment is mostly based on the liver and heart. To soothe the liver and regulate qi,nourish the heart and calm the nerves, promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, use Bupleurum, licorice, salvia, poria, angelica, turmeric and other drugs.According to the relevant laws obtained by literature research, and the relevant clinical experience summary of the undergraduate department, the department agreement prescription Jiangqi Dayu Decoction was generated.Observation of the four time-domain indicators of the TCM Syndrome Scoreboard,Hamilton Anxiety Scale,Depression Self-rating Scale, and Heart Rate Variability of 65 patients showed that Jiangqi Dayu Decoction can improve TCM symptoms by soothing the liver, relieving depression, and promoting qi and blood circulation.According to the Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Depression Self-Rating Scale,it can improve the quality of life of patients, and optimize the four time-domain indicators of heart rate variability to improve the prognosis, achieving the goal of improving the anxiety and depression status of patients after PCI as a whole,And relatively safe, can provide reference for clinicians. |
