| Objective: Taking patients with primary dysmenorrhea(Qi and Blood deficiency type)as research objects,observe the acupoints(Guanyuan aucpoint,bilateral Zigong acupoints,bilateral Ciliao acupoints,bilateral Sanyinjiao bilateral acupoints)were used to explore the characteristics of Heat-sensitive acupoints and provide an objective scientific basis for quantitative sensing of Heat-sensitive AcupointsMethods: In this study,60 patients with Primary Dysmenorrhea(deficiency of Qi and blood)that met the inclusion criteria were selected.All cases originated from the acupuncture and gynecology department of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.starting and ending from March 2019 to January 2020.Using the moxibustion sense methods to investigate the patients’ Guanyuan acupoint,bilateral Zigong aucpoints,bilateral Ciliao acupoints,bilateral Sanyinjiao acupoints,they were divided into thermo sensitive group and non-thermo sensitive group according to the presence of moxibustion sense.which are divided into the Guanyuan thermo sensitive group and Non-thermo sensitive group,in the left Zigong thermo sensitive group and non-thermo sensitive group,in the right Zigong thermo sensitive group and non-thermo sensitive group,in the left Ciliao thermo sensitive group and non-thermo sensitive group,in the right Ciliao moxibustion thermo sensitive and Non-thermo sensitive group,in the left Sanyinjiao thermo sensitive group and non-thermo sensitive group,in the right Sanyinjiao thermo sensitive group and non-thermo sensitive group.The sensory quantitative analyzer was used to detect the cold threshold,cold pain threshold,warm threshold,hot pain threshold and heat tolerance threshold of the acupoints in the selected acupoint area,and then the statistical analysis of the obtained detection data.Results: A total of 60 cases of primary dysmenorrhea(Qi and blood deficiency type)were detected.Moxibustion was performed on the acupuncture points of Guan Yuan acupuncture,bilateral Zigong acupunctures,bilateral Ciliao acupunctures,and bilateral Sanyinjiao acupunctures,and grouped according to the presence on absence of moxibustion,that is,thermo sensitive and non-thermo sensitive group;The distribution of the number of heat-sensitive acupoints of the patients explored is: 40 people in Guanyuan acupoint thermo sensitive group and 20 people non-thermo sensitive group;43 people in the left Zigong acupoint thermo sensitive group and non-thermo sensitive group 17 people;42 people in the right Zigong acupoint thermo sensitive group,18 people non-thermo sensitive group;45 people in the left Ciliao acupiont thermo sensitive group,and 15 people non-thermo sensitive group;39 people in the right Ciliao acupiont thermo sensitive group,and 21 people non-thermo sensitive group;33 people in the left Sanyinjiao acupiont thermo sensitive group,27 people non-thermo sensitive group;35 people in the right Sanyinjiao acupiont thermo sensitive group,25 people non-thermo sensitive group;Sensory quantitative test results: In the moxibustion sense group of Guanyuan acupiont,in the Left of Zigong acupiont,in the Right of Zigong acupiont,in the Left of Ciliao acupiont,in the Right of Ciliao acupiont,in the Left of Sanyinjiao acupiont,in the Right of Sanyinjiao acupiont Thresholds of cold temperature are 27.69±0.92℃、28.10±0.80℃、27.15±0.79℃、26.89±0.84℃、29.01±0.75℃、25.7±0.78℃、25.39±0.99℃;In the non-moxibustion sense group,Thresholds of cold temperature are 26.75±1.21℃、27.03±0.48℃、26.14±1.15℃、25.95±0.89℃、27.95±1.13℃、24.4±0.97℃、24.25±0.97℃;In the moxibustion sense group of Guanyuan acupiont,in the Left of Zigong acupiont,in the Right of Zigong acupiont,in the Left of Ciliao acupiont,in the Right of Ciliao acupiont,in the Left of Sanyinjiao acupiont,in the Right of Sanyinjiao acupiont Thresholds of cold pain temperature are 14.11±4.28℃、15.68±3.05℃、13.24±2.45℃、19.63±3.02℃、18.69±2.68℃、10.38±4.03℃、10.65±3.84℃;In the non-moxibustion sense group,Thresholds of cold pain temperature are 10.58±4.21℃、13.17±2.23℃、11.37±2.38℃、17.28±3.29℃、17.32±2.11℃、7.79±4.17℃,8.16±4.58℃;In the moxibustion sense group of Guanyuan acupiont,in the Left of Zigong acupiont,in the Right of Zigong acupiont,in the Left of Ciliao acupiont,in the Right of Ciliao acupiont,in the Left of Sanyinjiao acupiont,in the Right of Sanyinjiao acupiont Thresholds of temperature warm sensation are 37.17±1.07℃ 、 36.8±1.70℃ 、 37.72±0.75℃ 、 36.58±1.6℃ 、 37.62±0.98℃ 、41.56±0.99℃、41.06±0.87℃;In the non-moxibustion sense group,Thresholds of warm sensation temperature are 35.89±0.95℃、35.84±0.88℃、36.59±1.19℃、35.89±1.02℃、36.66±1.14℃、40.33±1.32℃、39.9±1.39℃;In the moxibustion sense group of Guanyuan acupiont,in the Left of Zigong acupiont,in the Right of Zigong acupiont,in the Left of Ciliao acupiont,in the Right of Ciliao acupiont,in the Left of Sanyinjiao acupiont,in the Right of Sanyinjiao acupiont Thresholds of temperature hot pain are 42.09±1.75℃、41.24±2.05℃、42.99±0.84℃、41.34±1.16℃、41.59±0.94℃、45.03±1.16℃、44.68±0.93℃;In the non-moxibustion sense group,Thresholds of hot pain temperature are 40.83±1.76℃、39.4±1.50℃、41.89±1.02℃、40.37±1.26℃、40.44±1.78℃、43.03±0.94℃、42.65±0.64℃;In the moxibustion sense group of Guanyuan acupiont,in the Left of Zigong,in the Right of Zigong acupiont,in the Left of Ciliao acupiont,in the Right of Ciliao acupiont,in the Left of Sanyinjiao acupiont,in the Right of Sanyinjiao acupiont Thresholds of temperature hottolerate are 47.32±0.60℃ 、45.52±1.29℃、46.72±1.00℃、46.77±1.07℃、47.36±1.08℃、48.49±1.07℃、48.89±0.73℃;In the non-moxibustion sense group,Thresholds of hot tolerate temperature are 46.5±0.67℃、44.55±1.71℃、44.74±1.88℃、45.88±1.31℃、46.17±1.16℃、46.92±1.65℃、47.73±1.51℃;The cold sensation threshold,cold pain threshold,warm sensation threshold,hot pain threshold and heat tolerance threshold of Guanyuan acupiont,in the Left of Zigong acupiont,in the Right of Zigong acupiont,in the Left of Ciliao acupiont,in the Right of Ciliao acupiont,in the Left of Sanyinjiao acupiont,in the Right of Sanyinjiao acupiont moxibustion sense group and non-moxibustion sense groups are statistically different(P <0.05).conclusion: Qi and blood deficiency type Primary Dysmenorrhea has different temperature threshold characteristics in the thermo sensitive group and non-thermo sensitive group of Guanyuan acupoint,Zigong acupoints(double),Ciliao aucpoints(double),and Sanyinjiao aucpoints(double).The threshold of cold sensation,the threshold of cold pain,the threshold of warm,the threshold of hot pain and the threshold of heat tolerance of the thermo sensitive group Guyuan acupoints,Zigong acupoints(double),Ciliao acupoints(double),and Sanyinjiao acupoints(double)are higher than those of the non-thermo sensitive group.Quantitative detection technology can play a certain role in the objective detection of heat sensitive acupoints,and can be used as an auxiliary method for the objective detection of heat sensitive acupoints. |
