Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Primary Dysmenorrhea With Cold Coagulation And Blood Stasis By Encircle And Suppress Massage Therapy And Heat Sensitive Moxibustion

ObjectiveTo observe the effect of encircle and suppress massage therapy and heat sensitive moxibustion to treat Primary dysmenorrhea with cold coagulation and blood stasis.and comparison of the curative effect between ibuprofen capsule and experimental grouP.to Provides new ideas and experiences for the treatment of Primary dysmenorrhea.MethodsSixty Patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups,half of them in experimental group and the other in control group.The experimental group was treated with encircle and suppress massage therapy and heat sensitive moxibustion,while the control group was treated with taking ibuprofen capsule by continuous observation of three menstrual cycles.To observe and record the scores before and after treatment according to the visual analogue score,the symptom score of dysmenorrhea and self-rating anxiety.After arranging the data,SPSS23.0 was used for statistical analysis to evaluate the clinical efficacy of the encircle and suppress massage therapy and heat sensitive moxibustion.ResultsTwo groups after all courses of VAS values were falling,VAS values had significant difference(P<0.05),the decrease of the experimental group was more obvious than that of the control group,VAS values had significant difference(P<0.01).The first course and the third course in the comparison group,the control group had no significant difference(P>0.05).The first course and the third course in the comparison group,the experimental group had significant difference(P<0.05).By comparison,scores of self-rating anxiety the control group had no statistical difference(P>0.05);scores of self-rating anxiety the experimental group had statistical difference(P<0.01).Symptom scores of dysmenorrhea of two groups both decrease than before,had significant difference(P<0.05),total effective rate of the experiment was 93.3%;total effective rate of the control group was 76.7%,two group had significant difference(P<0.05),encircle and suppress massage therapy and heat sensitive moxibustion of group which of prior abirritation is better than taking ibuprofen capsule during menstrual period.Conclusionencircle and suppress massage therapy and heat sensitive moxibustion had prior abirritation,which can obviously relieve anxiety.Meanwhile,the long-term effect of encircle and suppress massage therapy was better.mencircle and suppress massage therapy had a better clinical efficacy than taking ibuprofen capsule.
