Efficacy Of Yifei Pingchuan Recipe In The Treatment Of Chronic Duration Of Bronchial Asthma Due To Deficiency Of Lung And Spleen Qi

Objective By observing the clinical efficacy index of Yifei Pingchuan Recipe o n the chronic lung and spleen deficiency syndrome of bronchial asthma,To eval uate the efficacy of Yifei Pingchuan Recipe in the treatment of bronchial asth ma with chronic lung and spleen qi deficiency syndrome,and to explore its eff ect on serum infammatory factors.Methods Using a randomized controlled trial design,74 patients were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,each with 38 patients.The control group was treated with budesonide formoterol inhalation（Symbol Cobo,160/4.5μg）twice a day,one inhalation each time;the treatment group was treated with Yifei Pingchuan Formula.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.Observe the clinical symptom scores,ACT questionnaire scores,FEV₁,FEV₁/FVC%,interleukin 10（IL-10）,interleukin 13（IL-13）,interleukin 17（IL-17）before and after treatment in the two groups of patients Changes in immunoglobulin E（IgE）levels.Results 74cases were included,37cases in each of the two groups,70cases were completed during treatment,and 4 cases were lost.1 Clinical effectivenessThe total effective rate after treatment in the treatment group was 94.29%higher than the total effective rate in the control group,71.43%,and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.2 Pulmonary function indicators:Compared with before treatment,the lung function indicators FEV₁,FEV₁/FVC%in both groups increased（P<0.05）;compared with the control group,lung function indicators FEV1,FEV1/FVC%in the treatment group increased significantly（P<0.05）.3 TCM syndrome pointsCompared with before treatment,chest tightness,wheezing,cough,expectoration volume,and wheezing symptom scores were reduced in both groups（P<0.05）;compared with the control group,chest tightness,wheezing,cough,expectoration volume,and The score of wheezing symptoms decreased significantly（P<0.05）.4 ACT questionnaire pointsCompared with before treatment,the ACT questionnaire scores in both groups increased（P<0.05）;compared with the control group,the ACT questionnaire scores in the treatment group increased significantly（P<0.05）.5 Comparison of serum inflammatory factor levelsCompared with before treatment,the levels of serum inflammatory factor IL-10 in the two groups increased（P<0.05）;compared with the control group,the levels of IL-10 in the treatment group increased significantly（P<0.05）.Compared with before treatment,the levels of IL-13 and IL-17 in the two groups decreased（P<0.05）;compared with the control group,the levels of IL-13 and IL-17 in the treatment group were significantly reduced（P<0.05）.6 IgE level comparisonCompared with before treatment,the IgE level of the two groups decreased（P<0.05）;compared with the control group,the IgE level of the treatment group was significantly reduced（P<0.05）.7 Safety indicatorsNo significant adverse reactions occurred during the treatment in both groups.Conclusion1 Yifei Pingchuan Recipe has a significant effect on the chronic duration of bronchial asthma with deficiency of lung and spleen Qi,which can relieve the symptoms of chest tightness,wheezing,cough,expectoration,wheezing,improve lung function,reduce inflammatory factor levels2 Yifei Pingchuan Recipe can reduce the levels of pro-inflammatory factors IL-13 and IL-17,increase the levels of inflammatory inhibitor IL-10,reduce the expression of IgE,reduce the airway inflammation,improve the clinical symptoms of asthma,and improve the treatment effect.
