Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of Self-made Yifei Jianpi Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease In Stable Stage (Lung Spleen Qi Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy and safety of self-made Yifei Jianpi Decoction in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the stable period(pulmonary spleen qi deficiency syndrome),it provides more clinical evidence for the clinical treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the stable period.Methods:In this study,62 patients who met the inclusion criteria for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the stable stage of lung and spleen qi deficiency were divided into a control group and an observation group with a random number table method,31 cases in each group.The control group was given general therapy and tiotropium bromide powder inhalation therapy.The treatment group added self-made Yifei Jianpi Decoction on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment for the two groups was 4 weeks.Observe the changes of TCM symptom score,lung ventilation function,and quality of life assessment before and after treatment in both groups.Results: In the course of treatment,2 cases fell off.Clinical studies have shown that:1.The two groups had statistically significant differences in the scores of cough,sputum,wheezing,spontaneous sweating,anorexia,and bloating after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group;Rao score,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control.2.After treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in the lung function group(P>0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference in the FEV 1% score between the two groups after treatment.3.The difference in CAT score between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group.4.The total effective rate comparison between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group is superior to the control group.Conclusion: Self-made Yifei Jianpi Decoction can improve the clinical symptoms and improve the total effective rate of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the stable stage of lung and spleen Qi deficiency;it can improve the patient’s lung function FEV1% level,and there is no significant difference between the improvement and the control group;Improve patient CAT score,improve patient quality of life,and improve prognosis.
