Observation On Therapeutic Effect Of Bufei Pingchuan Decoction On Chronic Persistent Bronchial Asthma With Xu Xiao Card

Objective To observe the changes of curative effect index of Bufei Pingchuan Decoction in the treatment of chronic persistent bronchial asthma syndrome,and to explore the clinical efficacy and efficacy of Bufei Pingchuan Decoction in the treatment of patients with chronic persistent bronchial asthma deficiency syndrome and eosinophils（EOS）The effect of tract inflammation.Methods From April 2018 to January 2019,patients who were admitted to our outpatient clinic were screened for 70 cases of chronic persistent bronchial asthma syndrome,randomly divided into 35 cases,and the control group was treated with Xinbi Kedu.On this basis,the group was treated with Bufei Pingchuan Decoction for4 weeks,with clinical symptoms and signs,asthma control score sheet（ACT）,TCM syndrome score,one second forced expiratory volume（FEV₁）,peak expiratory flow.（PEF）,frequency of acute drug use,exhaled nitric oxide（FeNO）,IgE,and peripheral blood EOS were used as indicators to collect and organize data.Results 70 cases were included,4 cases were shedding,and 66 cases were completed.There was no difference in the basic data of gender,age and disease duration between the two groups.1 clinical efficacyThe total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.94%,which was higher than the total clinical effective rate of the control group（75.76%）,P<0.05.2 Clinical efficacy indexCompared with before treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of both groups decreased and the ACT scores increased.Compared with the control group,the treatment group improved significantly,P<0.05.Compared with the pre-treatment,the frequency of acute drug use in the treatment group decreased,and the frequency of acute drug use in the treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group,P<0.05.3 lung functionCompared with before treatment,the FEV₁ and PEF of the treatment group and the control group increased,and the FEV₁ and PEF of the treatment group increased significantly compared with the control group,P<0.05.4 Eosinophilic airway inflammation indexCompared with before treatment,IgE,EOS and FeNO were decreased in the treatment group and the control group,and IgE,EOS and FeNO were significantly decreased in the treatment group compared with the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion1 Bufei Pingchuan Decoction has good curative effect in patients with chronic persistent bronchial asthma syndrome.It shows that the score of TCM syndrome is decreased,the ACT questionnaire is increased,the frequency of acute drug use is reduced,FEV₁,PEF are improved,and lung function is improved.2 Bufei Pingchuan Decoction is effective in patients with chronic persistent bronchial asthma syndrome,and is associated with the reduction of EOS airway chronic inflammation.
