Clinical Study On Fumigation And Wet Compress Of Shiyang Lotion In The Treatment Of Acute Perianal Eczema With Damp-Heat Downward Injection

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shiyang lotion in the treatment of acute perianal eczema of damp-heat downward injection by comparing with 3% boric acid lotion,and to evaluate the safety and efficacy of this prescription in the treatment of this disease,so as to provide clinical treatment basis for its popularization and application.Methods:From December 2018 to September 2019,66 patients with acute perianal eczema who met the enrollment criteria in the Department of anorectal Department of the second affiliated Hospital of Henan University of traditional Chinese Medicine(Henan Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine)were randomly divided into observation group(n = 33)and control group(n = 33).The patients were randomly divided into observation group(n = 33)and control group(n = 33).The patients in the two groups were treated continuously for one week,and the drugs were given once every morning and evening.The improvement of symptoms and signs such as perianal pruritus,rash area and shape,perianal exudation were observed and recorded before and one week after treatment.If there are adverse reactions during the treatment,timely symptomatic treatment.Three months after the end of the whole course of treatment,the subjects who were cured,effective and effective were investigated and followed up,and the follow-up results were statistically analyzed to draw the final conclusion.Results:(1)Among the 60 effective cases,there were 16 males and 14 females in the observation group,13 males and 17 females in the control group,39.77 ±9.43 years old in the observation group and 36.97 ±10.43 years in the control group,and the course of disease in the observation group was 4.00 ±1.82 days.4.00 ±1.64 days in the control group.The corresponding chi-square test and t-test showed that the P values were more than 0.05,which was not statistically significant,indicating that there was no significant difference in sex,age and course of disease between the two groups before treatment.(2)Comparison between groups: after treatment,independent sample statistical analysis showed that P values were more than 0.05 in relieving perianal pruritus and reducing the area of skin lesions,indicating that there was no statistical difference between the two groups,indicating that the two groups had the same curative effect;in reducing the shape of skin lesions and reducing perianal exudation symptoms,P values were less than 0.05,which showed that the observation group was better than the control group in these two items.(3)Intra-group comparison: the four efficacy indexes of the two groups before and after treatment were tested by paired sample statistical method,P values were less than 0.05,there was statistical difference,indicating that the symptoms of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment.(4)The total effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 96.67% and80% respectively,and the rank sum test P value was less than 0.01,indicating that the treatment of acute perianal eczema with damp-heat injection in the observation group was significantly better than that of boric acid lotion in the control group.(5)The patients who were effective(including cured,effective and effective)in this trial were investigated and visited 3 months after the end of the clinical trial course.The recurrence rates of the observation group and the control group were 6.90% and 33.33%,respectively.The chi-square statistical test showed that the P value was 0.014 less than 0.05,which indicated that the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Both wet ulcer lotion and boric acid lotion can effectively reduce the total score of symptoms,reduce the area of skin lesions and relieve perianal pruritus,skin lesion morphology,perianal exudation and other symptoms.2.In terms of total effective rate and recurrence rate,the total effective rate of wet lotion was significantly higher than that of boric acid lotion,while the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of boric acid lotion;3.Compared with boric acid lotion,Shiyang lotion is more effective in reducing the total score of symptoms,reducing the shape of skin lesions and perianal exudation,reducing the area of skin lesions and reducing perianal pruritus.4.Eczema lotion in the treatment of damp-heat injection type of acute perianal eczema has no adverse reactions and obvious side effects,safe and effective,it is recommended to promote clinical practice.
