Clinical Observation Of Ditan Anshen Decoction In Treating Insomnia With Phlegm And Heat Disturbance

Objective:Observe the clinical efficacy of Ditan Anshen Decoction in treating insomniacs of phlegm heat disturbance,evaluate its clinical value and safety of treatment for insomnia,and provide a clinical basis for the treatment of phlegm and heat disturbance insomnia.Methods:A total of 76 insomniacs of phlegm heat disturbance that met the test criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group was treated with dexzopiclone tablets,the treatment group added Ditan Anshen Decoction on the basis of the control group,the treatment period of both groups were 3 weeks.Using the research method of before and after control and inter-group control,observe TCM Syndrome Points,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Points(PSQI),Insomnia Severity Index Points(ISI)of the two groups.At the same time,observe the safety indicators during medication,and whether there are adverse reactions.Then use statistical methods to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Ditan Anshen Decoction.Results:1 This experiment is expected to include a total of 76 patients,a total of 74 cases were actually completed,the treatment group and the control group excluded 1patient each in the course of treatment,both groups completed 37 cases,the case completion rate was 97.37%.2 After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the difference was obvious(P<0.05),And the score of the treatment group decreased more than the control group(P<0.05).3 After treatment,the PSQI and ISI scores of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment,and the difference was significant(P <0.05).And the score of the treatment group decreased more than the control group(P <0.05).4 The total effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 91.89%,and that in the control group was 72.97%.The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.5 The total effective rate of clinical efficacy in the treatment group was 94.59%,and that in the control group was 70.27%.The treatment group had better efficacy than the control group.6 During the course of treatment,there were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion:Ditan Anshen Decoction has a clear clinical effect in treating insomniacs of phlegm heat disturbance.It is a safe and effective prescription for treating insomnia,which not only reduces the TCM syndrome score of patients,in addition,the effect is significant in improving PSQI and ISI points.No obvious adverse reactions were found during the treatment,and the clinical safety was high.
