Observation On The Curative Effect Of Sanhuang Detumescence Ointment And Self-designed Chinese Prescription In The Treatment Of Low Perianal Abscess

Objective:(1)In this study,the clinical efficacy of Sanhuang detumescence ointment and self-designed Chinese prescription in the treatment of low perianal abscess was observed;(2)The experimental data of various observation indexes before and after treatment of patients with low perianal abscess were recorded in detail for statistical analysis.Methods: A total of 80 patients who met the criteria for diagnosis and inclusion of low perianal abscess in this study were randomly divided into two groups: the control group(antibiotic group)and the experimental group(traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment group),with 40 patients in each group.The control group was given ceftriaxone sodium for injection plus ornidazole sodium chloride injection,and the experimental group was given external washing of self-designed Chinese prescription and external application of Sanhuang detumescence ointment on the basis of the control group.The changes of clinical symptoms,signs and inflammatory factors of the two groups before and after treatment were recorded for comprehensive evaluation,and SPSS 23.0 was used for comparative analysis.Results: There was no significant difference in scores of main clinical symptoms and signs and levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups(P > 0.05).After treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 65.0%,and the total effective rate of the experimental group was 85.0%.Compared with the total effect of the two groups,the effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group,with a significant difference(P < 0.05);the data of each index in the experimental group decreased more significantly,significantly lower than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The results show that Sanhuang detumescence ointment and self-designed Chinese prescription can achieve a good clinical effect in the treatment of low perianal abscess.It can not only relieve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients,but also improve the serum inflammatory factors.In this study,patients can avoid the pain and fear caused by surgical treatment and postoperative dressing change to the greatest extent,emphasize the people-oriented,and advocate the medical technology concept of painless or mild pain,providing a new treatment idea and concept for the clinical treatment of low perianal abscess.
