Clinical Observation Of Fumigation Hip Bath With Self-made Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescription On Improving Wound Healing And Recurrence Of Perianal Condyloma Acuminatum

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect and evaluate the effectiveness and safety of fumigation hip bath in improving the wound healing and recurrence of perianal condyloma acuminatum.Methods: 72 patients with perianal condyloma acuminatum were selected from the anorectal clinic of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine.Randomly divided the patients into treatment group and control group with 36 cases of each.Two groups were given basic treatment(high frequency electric knife to remove the wart body + human recombinant interferon ɑ local daub 2 b gel).The treatment group was given additional Chinese medicine Fang Xun sitz bath wash.The control group was given potassium permanganate fumigation bath.The course of treatment was 4 weeks with weekly review.Patients who relapsed during treatment in both groups was given continuous basic treatment.The follow-up process for patients lasted 3 months after the treatment.The wound healing degree and recurrence within 3 months of each reexamination were observed and recorded.Results: The differences of wound healing and recurrence were compared between the two groups by data analysis.The experimental results showed that the effective rate of the treatment group in the first week(97.06%)was higher than that of the control group in the first week(91.18%)(Z=-2.072,P=0.038).The effective rate in the second week of treatment group(100%)was higher than that in the control group(97.06%)(Z=-2.793,P=0.005 In the third week,the effective rate of both groups was 100%(Z=-2.328,P=0.0200.05).In terms of recurrence,the recovery rate in the treatment group(94.12%)was higher than that in the control group(76.47%)(Z=-2.053,P=0.040).Self-made Chinese prescription local fumigation sitz bath has effect of promoting wound healing on post perianal anal condyloma acuminatum surgery,and the effect is significant in the first two weeks as well as prevent the recurrence of condyloma.Conclusion: The self-made Chinese prescription fumigation sitz bath is safe and effective in improving wound healing after perianal anal condyloma acuminatum and preventing postoperative recurrence,which is suitable for clinical promotion.
