Study On The Optimization Of The Treatment Process Management Of H Hospital Under The Mode Of Bank-huspital Coopearatiom

As China is a country with a large population,hospitals are flooded with patients and their families every day,which leads to a long queue for registration,waiting for treatment:checkout and other links.Staff also face great pressure,and there are also financial risks.If the software and hardware of the bank for settlement can be installed in the hospital,meanwhile,the bank shall arrange personnel to settle in for a long time to take charge of cash receipt and payment:settlement and transfer and other affairs.In this way,the work pressure of hospitals is reduced which is conducive to saving labor costs,and at the same time,some risks can be transferred to the bank.The hospital treatmeent process becomes more streamlined to achieve the purpose of killing many birds with one hand.For a bank,it is the key of its marketing to get customers and tap potential customer demand.For Banks,the industry nature of medical institutions means non-cyclical "quality" large businesses the hospital has a monopoly of medical resources and sufficient capital settlement.It may bring abundant deposit resources by mobilizing the hospital to open bank accounts.Even for other asset businesses,the risks are controllable and the retums are predictable.In addition employees have stable and high income of medical institutions,through in-depth cooperation,can the hospital executives and staff to develop into bank ideal individual cli ents,attract patients and family members as a potential client development object:dig "hospital associated customer base:"for Banks to develop intemediary business,to reduce the management risk,expand the social influence,and many other aspects has strategic significance.In this project,the author takes H hospital as a case to study how the hospital improves the process under the cooperation mode of silver doctors.Firstly,it introduces some related concepts,such as silver medical cooperation,process optimization and so on.The evolution history of this model is sorted out,its significance and function are expounded and the model applied in H.hospital is introduced to lay a theoretical foundation for subsequent research.Then,the actual situation of the treatment process of H.hospital was explained,and its organizational structrue was introduced in this process.Under the guidance of relevant theories,scientific investigation methods,such as asking patients’ opinions,were used to find out the defects and shortcomings of the existing medical treatment process through analysis.Finally,combined with the existing conditions and resources,the optimization objectives and ideas were formulated:and a new scheme was proposed for the optimization of the medical treatmeent process of H Hospital under the cooperation mode of silver doctors.Including the overall design and function design of two parts:the overall design is based on silver medical cooperation mode of one-stop service system,always taking patients as the center,the hospital and bank business together business and management,integration of all network,hardware,software,security,standard,etc,on the basis of the complete system planning nd design.The functional design is mainly composed of modules such as the unified identity authentication management platform for patients,the upgrade of patient services,and the information exchange and comm uni cation management of bank and hospital.After the implemeentation of this plan,the treatment process of H Hospital will be more streamlined,scientific and efficient,and the management level of the hospital will be significantly improved.
