| Objective and significance: By observing the clinical effect of improved pediatric massage manipulation on adenoid hypertrophy in children with phlegm-heat combination,and objectively evaluating and exploring the mechanism of improved pediatric massage manipulation,in order to improve and innovate traditional massage manipulation,make children’s massage manipulation more scientific and standardized,and provide a theoretical basis for further research and popularization.Methods: In this study,children with adenoid hypertrophy were studied by random control method.From December 2018 to September2019,62 children who were admitted to the Massage Department of Hebei Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine and who conformed to the diagnostic criteria of western medicine and TCM syndromes of adenoid hypertrophy were randomly divided into two groups with 31 cases in each group(during the treatment period,1 case in the treatment group and the control group was excluded because of taking other drugs by themselves,and finally in this study,there were 30 cases in the treatment group and 30 cases in the control group).There was no statistical difference in the baseline data before treatment between the two groups,and they were given the same basic treatment.On this basis,the treatment group was treated with modified pediatric massage,and the control group was treated with traditional massage.Both groups were treated for 10 times as a course of treatment.After 2 consecutive courses of treatment,the changes in TCM syndrome scores and quality of life survey(OSA-18)scale scores were observed in the two groups.The total efficiency of the two groups was compared.Results:1.After 2 courses of treatment,the treatment group was cured in1 case,markedly effective in 12 cases,effective in 16 cases and ineffective in1 case,with a total effective rate of 96.67%.In the control group,0 cases were cured,3 cases were markedly effective,24 cases were effective and 3 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 90.00%.There was significant difference between the two groups by rank sum test(P<0.05).It is said that the overall curative effect of the improved pediatric massage manipulation is better.2.Comparison within the group: after treatment,the TCM syndrome score and OSA-18 scale score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),suggesting that the two groups were effective in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy in children.Comparison between groups:after treatment,there were differences in TCM syndrome scores and quality of life survey(OSA-18)scale scores between the two groups,indicating that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Both improved pediatric massage and traditional pediatric massage can improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of adenoid hypertrophy in children with phlegm-heat combination,and the total effective rate of modified child massage in the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy in children with phlegm-heat combination is significantly higher than that in the control group,and the safety is good,and there are no obvious adverse reactions,which provides the possibility for reducing the resection rate of adenoid hypertrophy. |
