Distribution Characteristics Of Hp-associated Gastritis Syndrome Type And Clinical Study On Dampness-heat Syndrome Of Spleen And Stomach

Objective: to investigate the syndrome types of patients with hp-related gastritis,analyze the distribution of each syndrome type,and treat patients with hp-related gastritis with lingluo bacteria-inhibitory decoction combined with quadruple therapy,so as to analyze the efficacy and safety of its treatment,so as to improve the treatment of this disease.Methods: in this study,patients with hp-related gastritis who were admitted to the department of spleen and stomach diseases of hebei provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from September 2018 to September2019 were taken as the subjects.A total of 195 patients were collected to explore the distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes,and the TCM syndromes of spleen and stomach dampness-heat syndrome were observed clinically.The gender,age and TCM syndrome types of 195 patients were recorded and determined,and the data were summarized and analyzed.To 82 patients with spleen and stomach hot and humid card press numeric table randomly divided into control group,41 cases were given standard quadruple therapy,treatment group,41 cases in the control group on the basis of joint bacteriostatic soup,ling luo treatment for 2 weeks,stopped a month,the review of Hp eradication,observed and recorded before and after treatment in patients with Chinese medicine symptom integral situation,Chinese medicine symptom curative effect,adverse reactions,relevant laboratory safety index,Hp relapse after 3 months.Results:1.Among the 195 patients with hp-related gastritis collected,the gender difference was not significant,accounting for 56.92% of the patients aged31-50 years,and dampness-heat syndrome of spleen and stomach accounted for 42.05%.The distribution pattern of TCM syndromes was as follows:spleen and stomach dampness-heat syndrome of > liver and stomach qi stagnation syndrome of > spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome of >liver and stomach stasis syndrome of > stomach Yin deficiency syndrome of >spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome of cold syndrome of > stomach collateral stasis syndrome.2.The eradication rate of Hp was 90.24% in the treatment group and78.04% in the control group,but the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.Both groups could improve TCM symptoms,both before and after treatment(P<0.05).However,the improvement of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in improving stomachache,stomach distension,mouth pain,limb distress,nausea and vomiting,halitosis,poor appetite and uncomfortable defecation(P<0.05),but the difference in acid reflux was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.12%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 70.73%.The curative effect of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).5.The incidence of adverse reactions was 2.44% in the treatment group and 21.95% in the control group,and the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing adverse reactions(P<0.05).6.The recurrence rate of Hp in the treatment group was 2.78%,and that in the control group was 18.75%.The treatment group was better than the control group in reducing the recurrence rate of Hp(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Spleen-stomach dampness-heat syndrome is the most common syndrome in patients with hp-associated gastritis,and the distribution pattern of TCM syndrome is as follows: spleen-stomach dampness-heat syndrome >liver and stomach qi stagnation syndrome > spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome > liver and stomach stasis syndrome > stomach Yin deficiency syndrome > spleen and stomach deficiency and cold syndrome > stomach collateral stasis syndrome.2.The Hp eradication rate of ling luo bacteria-suppressing decoction combined with quadruple therapy was higher than that of quadruple therapy alone,and the difference was not statistically significant.However,ling luo bacteria-suppressing decoction combined with quadruple therapy could reduce adverse reactions,reduce the recurrence rate of Hp,improve the clinical symptoms of patients with spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome of hp-related gastritis,and improve the quality of life of patients.3.Compared with the use of tetrad alone,lingluo bacteria-suppressing decoction combined with tetrad therapy can significantly improve the efficacy of TCM syndromes of spleen-stomach dampness-heat syndrome of hp-related gastritis,especially in TCM symptoms of stomachache,stomach distension,bitter mouth,heavy limbs,nausea and vomiting,halitosis,poor appetite,and uncomfortable defecation.4.Lingluo bacteria-suppressing decoction has certain effect on the treatment of spleen-stomach dampness-heat syndrome of hp-associated gastritis,providing ideas for the treatment and medication of this disease,which is worthy of further research and clinical guidance.
