Study On The Characteristics Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Treated By Cao Zhiqun Based On Chinese Inheritance Support System

Objective:Professor Cao Zhiqun’ s prescription of treating chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)was summarized,the rule and characteristics of medication were obtained,the unique diagnosis and treatment system in the treatment of CAG was summarized,and the clinical effect of the new prescription"Erhuang Jine decoction" in the treatment of spleen deficiency qi stagnation and blood stasis type cag was discussed,which provided new ideas for clinical application.Methods:To collect and arrange the medical records of Cao Zhiqun’ s treatment CAG in the affiliated hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from 2013 to 2018,to analyze the characteristics and compatibility rules of the prescription by the Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary system,and to obtain the new prescription "Erhuang Jine decoction",to observe the change of symptom score,gastroscopy and pathological improvement after 6 months of taking the new prescription,and to explore the effectiveness of "Erhuang Jine decoction" in treating spleen deficiency qi stagnation and blood stasis type CAG.RESULTS:1.The four-qi five-flavor frequency of the Chinese medicine used to warm,sweetish,pungent,bitter drugs are the most common.There were 24 drugs used more than 100 times,129 combinations more than 127 times,20 core combinations and 10 new prescriptions.2.The total effective rate of treating patients with spleen deficiency qi stagnation and blood stasis type CAG with "Erhuang Jine decoction" was 84.21%,and the TCM symptom score,pathological score,gastroscopy grade and pathological grade were significantly reduced after treatment(p<0.05).Conclusion:Professor Cao Zhiqun’ s experience in the treatment of CAG is mainly to invigorate spleen and invigorate qi,pay attention to removing blood stasis and collaterals,and to clear heat and detoxify,Also refer to the treatment of Eight Extra Channels."Erhuang Jine decoction" in the treatment of spleen deficiency qi stagnation and blood stasis type CAG clinical efficacy is remarkable,has a greater clinical drug promotion value.
