doctors.Through the exploration and mining of the effective knowledge in ancient books,we can explore the new discovery on the treatment of spasmodic syncope,and provide reference for the clinical the literature analysis method to comb and discuss the academic source flow of spasmodic syncope.From the interpretation of "spasm" and "syncope",combine with the understanding of "spasm" and "syncope" symptoms and etiology and pathogenesis to discuss the emergence and treatment of the name of spasmodic syncope,and lay the documentary foundation for the next research of spasmodic spasmodic syncope in febrile disease of poison and pestilence is mainly filled by fire virus,damp heat pestilence virus and dry heat pestilence virus.In the treatment,we should correct and dispel evil,early prevention and control,attack and dispel evil,reconcile Yin and Yang,urgent evidence urgent decision and care for Yin liquid.The 10 traditional Chinese medicines with high frequency in febrile diseases are rhinoceros horn,licorice,dried rehamnnia root,antelope horn,radix scrophulariaen,gypsum,cinnabar,musk,forsythia and ophiopogon respectively.Common drug pairs for treatment are:musk-cinnabar,cinnabar-bezoar,musk-bezoar,baicalin-gardenia,baicalin-coptis chinensis,cinnabar-borneol.Through clustering analysis,it is divided into six types of drugs,such as clearing heat and nourishing yin,inducing resuscitation,clearing away heat and relieving diarrhea,nourishing yin and suppressing hyperactive yang.The 10 traditional Chinese medicines with higher frequency in damp heat febrile diseases are rhinoceros horn,cinnabar,forsythia,dried rehamnnia root,antelope horn,ginseng,musk,talc,coptis chinensis and licorice.The treatment of common drug pairs are:rhinoceros horn-radix scrophulariae,rhinoceros horn-antelope horn,musk-cinnabar,forsythia-rhizoma acori graminei,rhinoceros horn-rhizoma acori graminei,forsythia-honeysuckle,etc.Through clustering analysis,it is divided into four types of drugs,including opening orifices and soothing liver,clearing heat for calming endogenous wind,clearing away heat and relieving diarrhea,clearing away heat and eliminating dampness.The 10 traditional Chinese medicines with high frequency in the poison and pestilence febrile diseases are rhinoceros horn,dried rehamnnia root,cinnabar,musk,antelope horn,white peony,licorice,borneol,realgar and ginseng.The common drug pairs for treatment are:musk-cinnabar,musk-borneol,cinnabar-borneol,musk-realgar,antelope horn-gypsum,etc.Through clustering analysis,it is divided into four kinds of drugs,including repel foulness and open the orifices,clearing heat for calming endogenous wind,combination of bitter cold and bitter warm and clearing heat and nourishing yin.Conclusion(1)The understanding of "spasm" and "syncope" by successive doctors is the theoretical basis of spasmodic syncope put forward by febrile doctors in later generations.In addition,by exploring the connotation of spasmodic syncope,the relevant symptoms of spasmodic syncope were sorted out,solved the incomplete and unclear connotation caused by irregular symptom names and unclear symptoms,and put forward the possibility of treating spasmodic syncope as a disease.(2)The treatment of febrile spasmodic syncope is mainly based on clearing away heat and nourishing yin,opening orifices and calming wind,but each has its own characteristics.From the efficacy point of view,the main drugs used for febrile spasmodic syncope are heat clearing,yin nourishing,resuscitation and wind calming,and the main drugs are eliminating heat evil and taking care of yin protecting liquid.The main drugs for spasmodic syncope of damp heat disease are clearing away heat and resuscitation,calming wind,removing dampness and soothing liver and regulating qi.The main drugs for poison and pestilence febrile diseases are clearing away heat and nourishing yin,dispelling filth and detoxifying,supplementing qi and strengthening the body.Because spasmodic syncope is common in the extreme stage of febrile disease,the pathogenesis and treatment of febrile disease are different.According to different types of disease and syndrome,the corresponding treatment principles and methods are put forward.Through the data mining method,the results of the analysis of the
