Clinical Research Of WuMei Pills In Treating ChouShi Insomnia

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Wumei Pills in the treatment of Insomnia that occurs between 1 am.to 3 am,and to Provide a new idea for the clinical treatment of time-related Insomnia.At the same time,the clinical effect of Wumei Pills on insomnia that occurs between lam.to 3 am.and insomnia that occurs between 11 Pm.to lam.was compared to observe the difference of curative effect of Wumei Pills on Patients with insomnia in different time Periods,to further explore the Pathogenesis of insomnia that occurs between 1am.to 3am.and its correlation with Jue Yin disease,so as to provide a basis for the clinical application and promotion of WuMei Pills in the treatment of insomnia that occurs between lam.to 3am.MethodsAccording to the different onset time of insomnia,Zishi Insomnia(occurs between 11 Pm.to lam.)patients were selected as the control group,and Choushi Insomnia(occurs between lam.to 3am.)they were selected as the experimental group at the same.The quantity of the two group was same,with 30 cases in each set.Both of them were treated with the identical medication,and all the patients were treated with WuMei Pills.The treatment period is 14 days.The scores of Pittsburgh sleep Quality Index,Chinese Medicine Syndrome Scale of Insomnia,Chinese Medicine Quality of Life Scale of Insomnia,and the scores of insomnia severity index were recorded before and after treatment.IBM SPSS23.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis.Results1.Comparison of clinical efficacy:the experimental group overall efficient was 86.7%,better then the control group,which the whole efficient was just 63.7%,there was importantly significant(P<0.01)difference between the two,showing that the Choushi group is better than the Zishi group.2.Comparison of PSQI scores:after one therapy cycle,the PSQI scores of both group decreased to varying degrees compared with those before curing,and the difference between the Chishi group and Zishi group during the whole therapy Process was statistically significant(P<0.01).After 14 days,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01);The difference of total scores between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01).3.Comparison of insomnia severity index scores:After 14 days of treatment,the scores of the two groups decreased to different degrees.The difference between the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the difference between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.01).The difference between the two groups before and after treatment was significant(P<0.01).4.Comparison of scores of TCM syndrome scale for insomnia:after 14 days,the scores of TCM syndrome in the treatment group and the control group decreased to varying level compared with Pre-treatment,and the differences between the two groups during the whole treatment were statistically significant(P<0.01);The difference of total scores between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.01).5.ComParison of scores of TCM quality of life scale for insomnia:after 14 days,scores of TCM quality of life scale for insomnia in both groups decreased to different degrees compared with those before treatment.Comparison in the group of the two,the whole treatment Process was statistically significant(P<0.01).C onclusion1.WuMei Pills can effectively improve the sleep condition of patients with insomnia that occurs between lam.To 3 am,improve the symptoms caused by insomnia and improve the quality of life of patients.2.The curative effect of WuMei Pills on patients with insomnia that occurs between 1am.To 3 am is obviously better than that of patients with insomnia that occurs between 11am.To 1am.3.Under the guidance of the theory of the six meridians of febrile fever,Wumei Pill,the main prescription of Jue Yin disease,has a definite effect on the treatment of Choushi insomnia.4.The clinical application of Wumei Pill is of high Promotion value.
