Therapeutic Effect Of Wumei Pill On Chronic Urticaria Based On The Theory Of "Six Classics To Be Interpreted"

Purpose:To observe the clinical effect of wumei pill on chronic urticariaMethod:80 cases of chronic urticaria with onset or aggravation between 1 am and 3 am were selected from the outpatient department of dermatology,affiliated hospital of shandong university of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2018 to January 2019,The patients were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group(orally taking wumei wan fang plus autologous blood therapy)and control group(orally taking nostar plus autologous blood therapy),with 40 cases in each group.The patients-in the treatment group were given a warm water decoction of wumei pill 1 hour after lunch and 9 o ’clock at night,and received a self-blood treatment once a week.Patients in the control group took one norsida tablet at 9 PM daily,and received self-blood therapy once a week for 4 weeks.Symptom scores were scored 2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,respectively,to observe the efficacy.Patients who were cured,effective and effective were followed up for 1 month to observe the recurrence and aggravation.Result:(1)General data:there was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease and symptom scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).(2)The curative effect①2 weeks after treatment:The efficacy of the two groups was compared with that of the two groups before treatment 2 weeks after treatment:Compared with the symptoms before treatment in the treatment group and the control group,there were significant differences in pruritus degree,frequency,size,number,duration and total symptom score between the two groups(P<0.05),and the symptoms in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment;Comparison of efficacy between treatment group and control group after 2 weeks of treatment:After treatment,there were no significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in pruritus degree,frequency,size,number,duration and total symptom score(P>0.05).The two groups had similar efficacy.②4 weeks after treatment:Comparison of efficacy between the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment and before treatment:Compared with the symptoms before treatment in the treatment group and the control group,the itch degree,the frequency of wind-ball onset,the size,number,duration and total symptom score of wind-ball were significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05),and the symptoms in both groups were better than before treatment;Comparison of efficacy between treatment group and control group after 4 weeks of treatment:There were significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in the degree of pruritus,frequency,size,number,duration and total symptom score(P<0.05),and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.③Total effective rate:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5%,and that of the control group was 65%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(3)Adverse reactions:One patient in the treatment group presented mild diarrhea,and four patients in the control group presented drowsiness without systemic symptoms,which were not treated.(4)Recurrence rate:the recurrence and aggravation rate of the treatment group was 17.1%,and that of the control group was 53.8%.There was a significant difference in the recurrence and aggravation rate between the two groups(P<0.05),and the recurrence and aggravation rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:Based on the theory of "six classics are about to be interpreted",the treatment of chronic urticaria with wumei pill recipe has a definite curative effect.After 4 weeks of treatment,the improvement of symptoms and recurrence rate of patients taking wumei pill recipe are better than those taking nostar.Therefore,wumei pill recipe can be used as an effective treatment for chronic urticaria that occurs or worsens during the period of "jueyin disease is about to be solved".
