ObjectiveTo explore the effect of Group Prenatal Care on the fear of childbirth and related factors of third trimester primiparas,so is to provide a reference for improving the physical and mental health of third trimester primiparas.MethodsSixty-four pregnant women who underwent regular antenatal examination in the obstetrics clinic of a hospital were randomly divided into control group(n=32)and intervention group(n=32)in Hunan Province from October2019 to January 2020.Due to the loss of sample size,there were 30 cases in intervention group and control group respectively.The control group received the intervention of the traditional pregnancy health care model,and the intervention group received 6 times of Group Prenatal Care The data of childbirth attitude questionnaire,positive psychological capital questionnaire,perinatal health literacy scale,quality of prenatal care questionnaire,and pregnancy outcome were collected before intervention,four weeks after intervention and eight weeks after intervention.The statistical software SPSS22.0 was used to analyze the data,and descriptive analysis,independent sample t-test,chi-square test and repeated measurement analysis of variance statistical methods were used to analyze the data.Results(1)Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the scores of general demographic data,childbirth attitude questionnaire,positive psychological capital questionnaire,perinatal health literacy scale,quality of prenatal care questionnaire between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)At the end of the 4th week of intervention,there were significant differences in the scores of fear of children’s health,fear of pain injury,fear of losing control and total score of fear of childbirth between the two groups(P<0.05).At the end of the 8th week,there were significant differences between the two groups in the scores of fear of children’s health,pain injury,loss of control and the total score of fear of childbirth(P<0.05).Repeated measures ANOVA reavealed significant group main effect,time effect and interaction effect on the score of fear of childbirth(P<0.05).(3)At the end of the 4th week of intervention,the scores of resilience dimension and the total score of positive psychological capital between the two groups were significant difference(P<0.05).At the end of the 8th week,the total score of positive psychological capital and the scores of all dimensions between the two groups were significant difference(P<0.001).Repeated measures ANOVA reavealed significant group main effect,time effect and interaction effect on the score of positive psychological capital(P<0.05).(4)At the end of the 4th week of intervention,there were significant differences in the field scores of communication health literacy,critical health literacy and the total score of perinatal health literacy between the intervention group and the control group(P<0.05).At the end of the 8th week of intervention,there were significant differences in the scores of functional health literacy,communicative health literacy,critical health literacy and perinatal health literacy between the two groups.Repeated measures ANOVA reavealed significant group main effect,time effect and interaction effect on the score of perinatal health literacy(P<0.05).(5)At the end of the 4th week of intervention,there were significant differences in the scores of sufficient time questionnaire,accessibility questionnaire,availability questionnaire,respect and support questionnaire and the total score of quality of prenatal care questionnaire between the two groups(P<0.05).At the end of the 8th week of intervention,there were significant differences in the scores of information sharing questionnaire,pregnancy guidance questionnaire,sufficient time questionnaire,accessibility questionnaire,availability questionnaire,respect and support questionnaire and the total score of quality of prenatal care questionnaire between the two groups(P<0.05).Repeated measures ANOVA reavealed significant group main effect,time effect and interaction effect on the score of quality of prenatal care questionnaire(P<0.05).(6)There were significant differences in perineal injury and delivery mode between the intervention group and the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in 1min Agpar score and 2-hour postpartum blood loss between the intervention group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusions(1)Group Prenatal Care can reduce the fear of childbirth in third trimester primiparas.(2)Group Prenatal Care can improve the positive psychological capital,the perinatal health literacy,the quality of prenatal care in third trimester primiparas.(3)Group Prenatal Care can improve the pregnancy outcome of third trimester primiparas. |
