Depressive disorder,commonly referred to as depression,is a common negative emotional state that refers to the loss of the ability to experience happiness.Depression not only prevents individuals from experiencing happiness,but also affects their perceptions,thinking,behaviors,and social interactions.It will greatly reduce the quality of life and make individuals feel worthless,meaningless in life,and difficult to adapt to society,the society brings a heavy burden.Adolescents generally refer to people aged 10-24.People in this age group are emotionally sensitive and complex,and their interpersonal relationship plays an extremely important role in life.Therefore,the study of self-efficacy,self-reflection and insight in interpersonal relationships the mediating link between interpersonal and depression is very necessary.This subject is divided into three parts for research.Through the questionnaire survey,187 healthy adolescents and 197 depressed adolescents were finally given the Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES),Self Reflection and Insight Scale(SRIS)data analysis,and 12 people were involved in interpersonal relationships for 10-18 weeks.Draws the following three parts of conclusions:Study 1:There are significant differences between healthy adolescents and depressed adolescents.Respectively in family history,self-efficacy,self-reflection and insight total score,self-reflection dimension,insight dimension,total interpersonal relationship,speech dimension,behavior dimension,dealing with people,opposite sex dimension,depression self-rating scale score,anxiety self-rating scale and age are all extremely significant differences.Study 2:Adolescents’ self-efficacy,self-reflection and insight have a significant chain mediation model in interpersonal relationships and depression.In the path of’Interpersonal relationship→Self-efficacy→Insight→Depression’,the relationship between each variable is significant related.Study 3:Interpersonal relationship therapy can significantly improve the self-efficacy,insight,interpersonal relationship,depression,and anxiety of depressed adolescents.
