Objective:1.Explore the mental health of ACS patients and the psychological problems of ACS patients with different characteristics,in order to take corresponding psychological interventions for ACS patients with different psychological states.2.On the basis of cross-sectional research,ACS patients were divided into interpersonal non-sensitive group and interpersonal sensitive group according to interpersonal sensitive factors,and a6-month follow-up was conducted to explore the correlation between interpersonal sensitivity and the prognosis of ACS patients,so as to provide reference basis and targeted suggestions for early intervention of ACS patients with sensitive interpersonal relationships in clinical work.Methods:In this study,120 ACS patients admitted to the Cardiovascular Center of Yan’an University Hospital from October 2021 to June 2022 were selected according to the inclusion criteria,and all enrolled patients were evaluated on the SCL-90 symptom self-rating scale within 3 days of hospitalization,and the general data,laboratory indicators,cardiopulmonary exercise tests and other data of the patients were collected,and follow-up was performed at 1 month and 6 months after discharge,and routine items were reviewed and Borg conscious fatigue scale scores were performed.Result:1.General condition of ACS patientsThe study participants consisted of 120 ACS patients,of whom 75(62.5%)were men;≥ 92(76.7%)were 50 years old;There were 52 patients(43.3%)with a history of hypertension;22(18.3%)had a history of diabetes;The disease type was acute ST-elevation myocardial infarction in 86 patients(71.7%).2.Mental health of ACS patients44(36.7%)of the selected study subjects had positive somatic symptoms;96(80.0%)had positive obsessive-compulsive symptoms;42(26.7%)were positive for interpersonal sensitivity factors;36(30.0%)were positive for depressive factor;32(26.7%)were positive for anxiety factor;50(41.7%)were positive for hostile factors;10(8.3%)were positive for terrorist factors;18(15.0%)were positive for paranoid factor;There were 10(8.3%)positive for psychotic factors.The differences between the two groups in terms of somatization symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity and fear symptoms were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in somatization symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity symptoms,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,depressive symptoms,hostile symptoms,anxiety symptoms,and paranoid symptoms between different disease types of ACS(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups for the comparison of hypertension(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference between anxiety and hostility symptoms between diabetes mellitus(P<0.05).3.The effect of interpersonal sensitivity on the prognosis of ACS patientsThe general data of the two groups were compared with each other in occupation,education level and reimbursement method,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in biochemical indexes and cardiac ultrasound indexes in MYO and TC between the two groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the cardiac function index NT-Pro BNP of the two groups was compared,and the decrease in the sensitive group was slower(P<0.05),the difference between LVEF and LVEDD was statistically significant(P<0.05)between the two groups(P0.05),and the difference in peak oxygen uptake,peak heart rate and Borg score between the two groups was statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.ACS patients have different degrees of mental health problems,and are related to gender,age,occupation,payment method,disease type,whether it is combined with hypertension,and whether it is combined with diabetes.2.Interpersonal sensitivity is related to the prognosis of ACS patients,and the Borg score is higher as the interpersonal sensitivity score increases.
