| ObjectiveBy comparing the pain visual analogue scale,migraine disability assessment and headache symptom score changes before and after treatment,observe the clinical efficacy of scalp acupuncture combined with electric acupuncture in the treatment of migraine without aura,with a view to clinical treatment Migraine provides a simple and effective acupuncture treatment method.MethodsAccording to the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria,and exclusion criteria,62 subjects were included in this study,and they were divided into a treatment group and a control group with 31 subjects each through the principle of complete randomization.In the treatment group,scalp acupuncture combined with electric acupuncture was used.The anterior temporal thread and the posterior temporal thread of the affected side were selected.After The patient has a needle sensation,the twirling and purging method was performed.Then connect a set of electric acupuncture instruments(YING DI KWD-808)for 30 minutes.If the patient has alternating left and right seizures or left and right seizures at the same time,bilateral anterior temporal lines and posterior temporal lines will be selected for treatment.The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture.Choose Baihui,Fengchi on the affected side,Sun,Touwei,Hegu on both sides,Waiguan,and Taichong.After The patient has a needle sensation,the twirling method is performed,and the needle is retained for 30 minutes.If the patient has alternating left and right seizures or left and right seizures at the same time,the bilateral wind pool,sun,and head dimension are selected for treatment.The treatment was carried out 2 times a week for a total of 8 treatments.The visual analog scale score(VAS score),Migraine Disability Assessment questionnaire(MIDAS),and headache symptom score changes of the two groups before and after treatment were recorded respectively.Finally,the collected data were analyzed statistically.Results1.A total of 62 qualified subjects were included in this study,and 2 patients fell off during the treatment process,and 30 subjects in each group were eventually included in the treatment.2.Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in gender,age,course of disease and other general information between the two groups of subjects(P>0.05).3.Comparison of VAS scores:The difference between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment is statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference between the treatment group and the control group after treatment is statistically significant(P<0.05),the treatment effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group.4.MIDAS score comparison:The MIDAS scores of the treatment group and the control group are statistically significant before and after treatment(P<0.05);the difference between the treatment group and the control group is statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment effect of the group is better than that of the control group.5.Comparison of headache symptom scores:After treatment,the number of headache attacks,severity and duration of the two groups of subjects were improved.The headache symptom scores of the treatment group and the control group were statistically significant before and after the treatment(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.According to the efficacy evaluation criteria,the treatment group cured 3 cases,markedly effective 9 cases,effective 15 cases,and ineffective 3 cases,the total effective rate was 90.00%,and the control group markedly effective 4 cases,effective 19 cases,and ineffective 7 cases,the total effective rate was 76.67%.The difference in total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group is better than the control group.ConclusionThe results of the study show that scalp acupuncture combined with electric acupuncture and ordinary acupuncture can improve the clinical symptoms of migraine patients without aura and improve the quality of life.Reduce the VAS score,migraine disability assessment questionnaire score and headache symptom scores of patients with migraine without aura,but scalp acupuncture combined with electric acupuncture is more effective than ordinary acupuncture in improving the symptoms of migraine without aura. |
