Study On The Improvement Of Nasal Symptoms And Quality Of Life Of Allergic Rhinitis Treated By Acupuncture And Moxibustion With Umbilical Cord

Object: This topic mainly discusses the treatment effect of medicine isolation moxibustion on allergic rhinitis.By comparing TNSS,TNNSS and RQLQ scores of conventional acupuncture group and acupuncture combined with medicine isolation moxibustion group at each treatment stage,the difference in the treatment effect of the two groups is evaluated,and the main diseases of umbilical therapy are improved to further improve the diagnosis and treatment method of allergic rhinitis.Methods: Sixty patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into treatment group(sphenopalatine ganglion acupuncture combined with "Yifei Powder" moxibustion on the navel group)and control group(sphenopalatine ganglion acupuncture group)according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.TNSS scale,TNNSS scale and RQLQ questionnaire were filled out in the two groups before treatment,during treatment period and follow-up period,and statistical analysis was conducted to evaluate the difference of curative effect between the two groups in treating this disease.Results:1.Improvement of nasal symptoms of allergic rhinitis: the two groups could significantly relieve the total nasal symptoms of patients during the treatment period,without statistical difference(P>0.05),but the treatment group was better than the acupuncture group in alleviating "nasal congestion" and "runny nose";During the follow-up period,the two groups could significantly improve the total nasal symptom scores of patients without statistical difference(P>0.05),but the treatment group was better than the acupuncture group in alleviating the "nasal congestion" of patients(P<0.05).2.Improvement of nasal concomitant symptoms: nasal concomitant symptoms were significantly alleviated in both groups during the treatment,with no statistical difference(P>0.05);During the follow-up period,the nasal concomitant symptoms were significantly improved in the control group(P<0.05),and the nasal concomitant symptoms were significantly improved in the treatment group(P<0.01).3.Improvement of patients’ quality of life:both groups could significantly improve the total score of patients’ quality of life during treatment.The treatment group was significantly better than the acupuncture group in improving patients’ "sleep","nasal symptoms","practical problems" and "emotion";During the follow-up period,the treatment group could significantly improve the total score of patients’ quality of life(P<0.01),while the control group had no significant effect on improving the total score of patients’ quality of life(P<0.01),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).4.Safety evaluation: During the treatment,no serious adverse reactions occurred in patients of the two groups.Conclusions: Acupuncture of sphenopalatine ganglion combined with isolated "Yifei powder" moxibustion on the navel can significantly improve the nasal symptoms,nasal accompanying symptoms and quality of life of patients,and acupuncture of sphenopalatine ganglion combined with isolated "Yifei powder" moxibustion on the navel has a significant lasting effect on improving the quality of life of patients,with better long-term efficacy,which is better than that of the single acupuncture group.
